At many dental offices, patients have to be referred out for advanced gum disease treatments and procedures like dental implant placement. Because Dr. Saati has this advanced training, our patients are able to receive these treatments right here in our Peabody dental office. In addition to gum disease therapies, Dr. Saati also places dental implant posts to support replacement teeth.

Dr. Saati has been serving the dental needs of patients in Peabody for his entire career. He attended Arlington High School prior to earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at Boston University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Saati is currently an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Northeast Society of Periodontology, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Saati has served as chairperson, vice- chair and treasurer of the Northshore District Dental Society and is currently a board member. In addition, he has held positions as President and Treasurer of Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity Alumni and Student Chapters. Dr. Saati is also a clinical instructor at Harvard Dental School.

Dr Saati and his team are just great. I really get nervous at the dentist but he and his team just help to make sure you are comfortable. Everyone in the office is nice, professional and friendly.

A couple of years ago I went to Dr Saati with a request to file down a couple of my bottom front teeth that had chipped slightly. This happens every few years and has never been an issue with my dentist in another state. The procedure generally takes 2-4 minutes at most. He began drilling which I thought was odd. I asked him why and he told me they needed filling. $600 later I left. The fillings which were entirely unnecessary and quite shallow began to chip within a couple of weeks. Recently something started bothering me on the side of one of the teeth. I happened to be back home and phoned the dentist, who had been doing an excellent job caring for my teeth for decades. He took one look at the filling and said "This never should have happened!" The loose filling was removed and since the tooth had been poorly drilled I had to have it redrilled properly and refilled. When I get the bill I will be sending it to you, Dr Saati, unless of course you would like to refund me the $600 for your botched and unnecessary procedure.

Dr. Saati did an amazing job restoring my front tooth to it's original condition!!!!! He also put me at ease, as I was very anxious about altering my smile with any changes to the front tooth. It looks fantastic! I couldn't be any happier with the result! My two front teeth have been slightly two different sizes for the past couple years, as a result of grinding at night. The left front tooth was smaller and starting to wear thin.I was self conscious about my smile and worse yet worried about it breaking. After having Dr. Saati bond my tooth, it feels stronger and looks absolutely fantastic! It fits the shape of my smile and the other front tooth perfectly! Thank you Dr. Saati for making my smile even better!

Spiro has been my dentist for over 25 years. With lots of experience, he is very competent and accomplished. He is also honest and very friendly. He is easy to talk to and explains everything he proposes to do. Highly recommended.
