Excellent experience! Dr. Spillane and his staff all provided exceptional care for my teeth and I. Appointments were always laid out and procedures explained. Not to mention the smooth sailing of the scheduling and rescheduling process. I was always comfortable and given the opportunity to ask any questions I had, and they were answered! The technology they are able to use is unmatched and gave me a visual of the entire process for my Invisalign, allowing me to see the projected results before I got there. The visual really helped me to feel connected to my treatment plan and made me confident in the process. 10/10 recommend coming here for all of your orthodontist needs. I could not be happier with my new smile! :)

Dr. Spillane and his entire staff are incredible. They create a family environment for their patients and their families. As we prepared to move out of state towards the end of our daughter's phase of braces, they worked hard to get us to the end, squeezing us in and trying hard to accommodate our schedule. I can't praise them enough. They are truly the best and we will miss them terribly.

Thank you! I watched my 15 year old skip happily into your office this morning at 7:27am. It made me smile to know that she feels loved in your office. There is no fear of having to go in the office by herself because of Covid. You all have created an environment where all of three of my children have felt known, respected and well cared for. You have allowed them to feel independent and taught them valuable life lessons as they have learned to check in and schedule follow up appointments on their own. You have taught them to communicate with health care providers and advocate for themselves. You've also given them beautiful smiles! I'm thankful for each member of the Spillane Orthodontics team.

We love Dr. Spillane Orthodontics. My both sons got their braces. Now I am having invisalign treatment with Dr. Spillane. Office staff is wonderful and always polite. We enjoy going to our appointments they treat you like a family and not just a patient. They get to know you and work around with your schedules, finance and offer a great solutions. Doreen, Robin and Sheila, Rachael and Taylor are always super friendly and extremely helpful. My sons smile looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. I highly recommend Dr. Spillane.

Came to Dr. Spillane with a smile that had once been corrected with braces, but through years of neglect was back to crooked. Looked online for orthodontist in my area. Walked into 2 places before walking into Dr. Spillane's office. Decided accessibility to location, cost and confidence with staff, was best suited for Dr. Spillane's office. After a few months with invisalign, I can now finally say that all expectations have been met with excellent results! Don't believe me, call them for yourself. Soon you'll be joining me with a perfect smile . Thanks again Dr. Spillane and staff!!!

I first became a patient of Dr. Spillane's in 1998 when I began orthodontic treatment as a young child. From corrective bite appliances to braces, Dr. Spillane not only improved my appearance and self esteem but he prevented possibly more invasive dental correction in the future. I returned to his practice as an adult in 2018 for a minor adjustment to my now 20-year-old retainer and I took on a new appreciation for this team. During my consultation, Dr. Spillane shifted focus away from my teeth and began to ask more in-depth questions about my medical history and general overall health. On the spot and within minutes, using a 3D Imaging System, he provided me with a three-dimensional CT of my head and started to paint me a picture of my overall health. Two months after my appointment, I had an adult tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy which he had found were obstructing my airways. Next, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea after having a sleep study that was recommended by Dr. Spillane. If I had not made an appointment for my retainer, I'm not sure how many more years would have gone by before someone talked to me about the importance of my airway and how it correlates to my overall health. In short, Dr. Spillane's holistic approach to treatment plans for his patients is why I would recommend this practice to you.

I would highly suggest Dr. Spillane's office to anyone and everyone! They are very professional and explain the process from day one. Always on top of everything and efficient. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a family friendly awesome orthodontist Dr. Spillane is your guy.

Great ortho! Super nice office staff! Unlike other chain Orthodontics, Spllane Ortho doesn't try to submit higher code to insurance company. They are honest. And did I mention, super nice? The whole office is super nice.

I could not give a higher recommendation for Spillane orthodontics!! I would trust them with any friend, family, or any other reference. They are some of the most genuine, wonderful, and sharp people you will every meet. I've gone to them for years for a wide range of services (from braces to some significant jaw surgery that had to happen in order to maintain my quality of life) and I can honestly say the hardest part was always leaving their office. In a period of time in your life that can be uncomfortable, uncertain, or sometimes painful - it's amazing to have a group of people who care for you, who are kind and treat you with the utmost respect and consideration, and who care about helping you paint a vision for the incredible upgrade you're getting in your life. From start to finish, you can trust their intent and their skill. I wish every service or business was this enjoyable and worth the investment.

Overall: - Top imaging equipment (3D, multi-layer, airway assessment) - Spends TIME with you - Even looks at your airways to stop sleep apnea - Cost effective (many orthos are raising prices, he hasn't) - Compassionate, genuinely cares. - Flavored impressions (fun plus) - Do WHATEVER it takes to get there. I drive 2 hours, and it is SO worth it. - I spent 11 years in braces with a different "top" orthodontist, and not going to Dr. Spillane sooner is my biggest regret. - This is a Chick-fil-a type of practice as far as service and kindness. Dr. Spillane fixed what a different "top" orthodontist messed up. I spent 11 years in braces and had corrective jaw surgery before finally visiting Dr. Spillane. He uses state of the art imaging equipment to assess your airways and overall facial structure. If you have sleep apnea or struggle sleeping, he aims to fix that. I have had LOTS of X-rays, and this is the most impressive imaging (with low radiation) that I have ever seen. He also has some of the lowest costs in Atlanta, simply because he is compassionate. He cares about his patients- so much so that he even does flavored impressions. I have had 15-20 impressions in my life, and these were the best tasting. The employees made the appointments fun! I didn't think orthodontics could be fun until now! Do whatever it takes to see Dr. Spillane. I drive 2 hours to see him, and it is SO. worth. it.
