It's been around 4 years since the incident but I think about this at least monthly. I went in for a filling and developed traumatic pulpitis in the adjacent tooth. I had severe pain afterwards and contacted the dentist. They referred me to endodontics for root canal but for the 5 days between appointments, I suffered. I have never had pain like this and they wouldn't call any meds in for me. I'm a healthcare provider and ended up giving myself dental blocks to numb the pain. I missed work for the first time in 10 years due to this. Then, they placed the ugliest color cap on my tooth. It doesn't match any of my teeth. I'm still shocked I went through this after just a basic sealant procedure.

As a previous customer who hadn't been in for a couple years because of COVID I went in to make an appointment I was told they weren't taking new customers which I'm not. I can't make an appointment right now I have to talk to the doctor I'll call you. Of course that didn't happen no common courtesy! I really regret referring so many people there I now have to eat my words This place is all about profits not people! Please don't place your loyalty here it will not be returned

I avoid the dentist until absolutely necessary due to my low tolerance of pain in my mouth. After my experience yesterday with Dr. Mark Sperling, I will not do that anymore. I expressed my fears to him and he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and that I would feel zero pain. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I am so grateful to my sister for recommending them to me.

Extremely pleased! I've been afraid to go back to the dentist for literally years due to a previous experience. Sperling Dental was amazing, top notch, clean, understanding and friendly. Not to mention they got me in right away for my tooth ache. Looking forward to my next few visits to get some things handled. Thank you so much!

Always had a great experience here! Dr. Sperling and staff were always very friendly and professional. Dr. Sperling helped correct some issues caused by a previous dentist. Would highly recommend!

Kelly in the front office went out of her way to assist me getting an appointment set up. Between emails and phone calls she persisted until we could find a day and time that would work. All office staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Mark Sperling was able to handle my unusual situation and he did so with skill. While the appointment was handle efficiently I never felt that anything was being rushed. Everyone including Dr. Mark was friendly, in fact cheerful. Lovely experience!

I could not be happier. They are easy to talk to and work with. Mark has had his hands full of repairing the damages from a previous dentist.

Mark is excellent for bedside manner but he is currently the only dentist there i would use. In my experiences the support staff is excellent as well. Parking can be an issue.

I had a crown put in by Dr. Sperling (the son). The crown has given me issues from the very beginning. Dr. Sperling didn't fit the crown correctly. He left a gap in between my gums and the tooth. The tooth also didn't match up with my bite causing quite a bit of problems. The same day they fitted me for my crown I ended up at the emergency dentist. After the novocain wore off, the side of my face became extremely painful. So painful I couldn't drive or do much of anything. The emergency dentist took x-rays and checked me out. He concluded that the Dr. Sperling had sprained my jaw during the dental work. I was put on a soft food diet for a week and told to rest my jaw. Shortly after that I received a large bill from Dr. Sperling's office. Apparently they never pre approved any procedures with my insurance so they refused to cover the cost. After poor care from the dentist and office staff I left the office and found a new dentist. Fast forward to today. I have been having sensitivity and pain where Dr. Sperling put in the crown. Well I went to see my new dentist and apparently since the crown was never placed properly it caused the root to fracture under the tooth. So now I am in pain and will have to have several very expensive surgeries. One that removes my entire tooth and another to replace it with a totally fake implant. This means my real tooth with the crown get ripped out of my face while I am awake because anesthesia is to expensive. After that I have to go without a tooth for 3 to 6 months while the area heals. I could pay $450 dollars to have a temporary tooth put in while I wait to have the implant put in. Then they drill an implant into my gums and bones, while I'm awake. Then I go to my dentist where they do the build up and crown. The entire process will take 6 months to a year, $7,000 and multiple trips to the dentists and surgeons offices. Had the tooth been done correctly the first time I wouldn't be in this situation. Now I am going to have to pay quite a bit of money out of pocket to fix Dr. Sperlings mistake. I do not recommend Sperling dental. He is trying to blame the root fracture on me grinding or clenching my teeth and jaw. Unfortunately all the xrays will show that to be like. My teeth have absolutely no sign of grinding or clenching. I'm having a really hard time believing this is real.

One of the best dental offices I've ever been to! I moved from South Florida a few years ago and finding a good dentist was hard. Sperling dental was the first office I really felt comfortable in. Each cleaning is quick but done with quality and care. I called a few days ago seeing if they could move my appointment in July to something sooner (since I might not have insurance soon), they reached out the moment they had a cancellation. They truly care about you here!

Their office staff, techs and the doctors are all very good to work with. I've been going to Dr Mark for many years and have always been happy with how I've been treated, from scheduling to treatment, to back out the door again. If you have the option, you'll be glad you came here for care.

Dr Michael Sperling turned what could have been a nightmare into a very pleasant experience when my front tooth crown broke off a week ago. Today I got my new fab permanent crown. I loved that the lab staff that made the crown came in to see how it matched. Way to go Sperling Dental. No doubt about my 5 stars

Just went in recently to Sperling Dental due to a tooth irritation. Turns out the previous dental work my dentist (in the state of MO) had done was compromised. Dr. Mark Sperling was able to fix the tooth and found out the previous issue which caused the compromising in the first place. I could not be happier with the outcome of his work. I would recommend this practice to others if they are unsure where to go.
