We had a appointment, they rescheduled for a sooner time. We went and all appointments have been canceled, as well as they can't find out booking in the system even with the confirmation email I showed them. Very unprofessional, big waste of time. Go elsewhere.

I don't have cero start because I can't, I took my son out of school, I'm pregnant and we were waiting for 2hours when the "doctor" had to leave and have to reschedule. How is possible after a long wait and I wasn't the only parent there waiting, that no one else could see us? . Not coming back ever again. I was told not to make an appointment in that place, I didn't listen to....

My son had an appointment here today and I had the best experience! Everyone was so nice and informative. The lady who checked me in was very nice and especially the travel recovery doctor! I went in so nervous and they made me feel comfortable with them working with my son. I can tell the travel recovery doctor that was there today really loves her job! The anesthesia doctor did a great job talking to my son to calm down his nervousness and his dentist was also nice!

I've been trying to get an appointment here multiple times and the last few appointments was canceled or rescheduled half without notice because of something to do with the dentist it was always a lame excuse. I've really been trying my best to be a loyal patient because this is my closest dentist but they are always so full of it never consistent and very unprofessional! Oh and not to mention one of there dentist were rude the one appointment I did manage to go to..

One star is too kind, go anywhere else! Horrible staff even worse dentist! Waste of time and money. The most unprofessional people Iv ever seen. Run away fast!!! I had to tell where I saw the problems she didn't even look if she did she would of saw the front teeth have a cavity. 3 swipes of a regular toothbrush and that was it!! I didn't need Tutorial on a toothbrush..let's just leave sugar on kids teeth to build up!!!

This dental office is by far one of the worst and unprofessional medical offices I've ever been in. I was hesitant to bring my 4Y/O here due to many confirmed then cancelled appts my 11 Y/O stepson has had. However I didn't trust my gut. Today my 4Y/O was having a procedure done and the dental hygentist didn't have the correct teeth selected for the dentist to work on and they forgot to turn on the Nitros oxide and immediately started once so my son was screaming in pain. After his father and I got him to calm down, an assistant manager named Latisha Page entered the room saying there's too many people in the room and my fiance couldn't be standing. Again my son was screaming at the top of his lungs and having his dad in his eyesight was the only thing preventing the screaming. As soon as she entered and made my fiance move my son immediately started to scream. I asked the assistant manager to leave 3 TIMES before she left. When I asked her if she needed something and why she was here she said that she is the assistant manager and has been there 11 years. I told her that she needed to leave because she is making matters worse. Neither The dentist nor dental hygienist had any issue with my fiance and I being in the room with our son as we were keeping him calm. After the procedure was over, i asked the staff if they asked the assistant manager to come in there-after they both said no I asked for her name. The dentist and hygienist were both hesitant to give it to me and only said "she's the assistant manager you should leave it alone". So i got the name and the number from the receptionists. It was very unprofessional and traumatic experience for myself, fiance and my son. We would have had no issue only having one parent in the room but that was not the time or the place to make the correction. It should have been handled prior or after the procedure for future reference. I am in the works of finding my sons a new dentist bc I've never had so many issues with a dental office. This place is horrible not even mentioning their WAIT TIMES! That's a whole story itself!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I set up an appointment in October 2021 for my daughter. It was supposed to be in February 2022 and was canceled because they scheduled me on a day they were closed. So I rescheduled for May of 2022 and they canceled on me again without giving me any notice. Drove all the way from bedford. They wanted to reschedule it again. It's been almost a year since I originally tried to make this appointment. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I did not reschedule. I'll go somewhere that actually takes patients instead of this place that just gives you the runaround.

I got my braces put on about 5 years ago, i got them off last year. Before Covid happened I told them I had a few cavities starting that I needed a cleaning. They never scheduled one for me the whole 4 years I had my braces on and was horrible at letting us know if they was closed and made us driver hour 1/2 there and back. I had 4 different orthodontist work on my teeth while having my braces because they couldn't keep one orthodontist. Since they didn't take care of the cavities then, they have gotten worse a lot worse and still has yet to fix them. They told me i needed a cleaning before I could get them fixed or even looked at and still has yet scheduled me for one, it's now been a whole year since i've had them off and no where else is accepting new patients. I now have to suffer with cavities on the front of my teeth bc they didn't do their job and take care of them when they was small and just starting. So to all parents looking for dentist to take their child please read this and take in consideration that they may not be the best for your child..

I wish I could give Spencer Dental zero stars but there is no option worst place as far as the management and treatment is concerned my son has been going through the orthodontic procedure for the past five to six years no end in sight and nobody is willing to take the responsibility or listen to my complaint they are just collecting the money from the state and not providing services I wish we can do something about this place they are horrible terrible words can describe them don't go for it the worst place I've ever been to if there is anybody out there reading this post please guide me how I can take action against them

Today is April 28th my 3 kids had a cleaning the 3rd of May and they just canceled all three appointments and told me the earliest they can get then rescheduled is Sept 13th and this puts them way past a year for being seen since it's not the first time they've canceled on us last minute I will be finding another dentist office being as they said they're dentist is only in the office two days a week now this is absolutely ridiculous

I went in four months ago and was told all four of wisdom teeth needed to come out plus 4-5 more. They told me to take care of my wisdom teeth first, and that I would receive a call from the oral surgeon. Now four months later, my wisdom teeth have grown in and broken my other teeth so now I'm going to have to lose two more, I have called multiple times in the last four months and nobody has ever picked up or responded to my messages. Not to mention their horrible bedside manners

Terrible Customer Service!!! They changed their name but nothings changed! they need BETTER training. They never answer their phones and will cancel your appointment last minute!! Terrible beside manner and they stay over booked! The call center can't even get through to the local office. My daughter absolutely is scarred by this place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

UNORGANIZED AF! Never have appointments available unless it months out (wonder why when they only ever have 1 1/2 person working). Completely the worst dentist. Not to mention they don't know what they're doing !!
