They've canceled my appointment twice without calling to state why I just get texts stating my appointment was cancelled. Mind you I have to take time off work for these appointments just to be canceled on a few days before. This is unfair and unprofessional that I don't even get an explanation why and the operator on the phone couldn't get ahold of the office to see why I'm being canceled. To make it worse this is not for a cleaning it's for an actual issue that is getting worse and causing me more pain as time goes by because I'm getting canceled. So done with this place.

Both of my sons are ortho patients at Spencer Dental. While they aren't horrible, they are far from great and I do NOT recommend them. The orthodontist is OK, as are the dental assistants. The office staff, however they are just unprofessional. There is no other way to describe them. I have tried to ignore it, but today was too much. First of all, these people call me with reminders for everything. So imagine my surprise when I arrived today for my son's adjustment (which was scheduled at his last appointment by them) and they told me that the orthodontist no longer works on Mondays. Me: "But I have an appointment" Her: They sent you a text on July 25th cancelling Me: Obviously, I didn't get a text or I wouldn't be here. Her: Here is their number, you can call them tomorrow. Never mind the fact that I took off work to come to this appointment. Why wouldn't you call your patients or send us a letter to make us aware of a schedule change such as this and to reschedule? They literally call me for everything else. My other son has an appointment on a Monday later in the month and I have heard nothing from them about rescheduling that one either. It is just inconsiderate of my and my child's time and they don't give a dang. If we weren't so far into this process, I'd go to another practice. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Spencer dental always gets my daughter in and out with no issues. The nurses and doctors are all very nice. I love it here
