Cassandra at the front desk is one of the reasons this place is running! She has excellent customer service. We didnt have a good experience in the past but because her willingness to go over and beyond has really been the reason we have given the ortho dept another try. Thank you Cassandra!

This place is by far the worst and unprofessional place. The lady got really aggressive with my child. I tried to leave with my kids due to her behavior and she held my kid and told me i wasn't allowed to remove my children. Then some guy go in my face screaming at me telling me im not allowed to leave. This place shouldn't be in business anymore. I REALLY STRONGLY DISLIKE THIS PLACE. I highly recommend none goes to this place.

Believe the reviews!! They rescheduled my appointment twice without telling me. I'm pregnant having to come all the way up there in the heat for them to tell me that they canceled my appointment. TWO times in a row

Recently went because I need a fill in but also notified them that I had an issue with another tooth in my mouth. They kept telling me that the pain was coming from the tooth that I need a fill for when I clearly can see the cavity on the tooth that's causing me the most pain now I have to wait even longer to get that taken care of.

Never picks up. Always am told to leave a voicemail. Ortho are the only people who picks up the phone. Also before the new ortho doctor came I was told I would get my braces off next appointment but the new doctor comes and tells me my treatment is not done and I need more work done and I need my wisdom teeth pulled to make more space AFTER I already got 4 of my teeth removed to do so. So you can understand why I'm feeling like the staff is using me to make more money. It's annoying. I'm so tired of people telling me I'm getting them off soon when that's not the case at all. I'd rather them just not give me any hope of getting them off at all cause I truly am fed up. If I told you how long I've had these braces on you would gasp. It's absolutely freaking ridiculous. I don't want to be annoyed with staff cause of my situation but every time I walk inside this place I am so irritated and just want to leave quickly.

Dr. Cervenka and Bessy DA,was amazing. I was nervous about my procedure,but Bessy assured me that I would be fine. She helped me to relax. And Dr. Cervenka performed my extractions perfectly. I don't won't no other dentist or DA working on me except Dr. Cervenka and Bessy DA. They are both the best I've ever had .

Worst dental group in the 757! They are very unprofessional! They will call you the day before to cancel your SCHEDULED appointment and try to move it 5 months back, and if you ask to talk to the manager she will just hang up on you . If I could leave 0 stars I would .

Worst scheduling ever they over schedule people they never call to let you know the dr are behind because they are over booking they never answer the phone when your trying to schedule an appointment or even if you have a question worst place to go to get dental care if my kids didn't have an braces contract I would go else where just poor scheduling all around ortho is pretty good just keep getting double or triple booked and struggle to keep up

Don't go to this office to see Dr. H for braces. My daughter came to be treated for spacing between her front teeth and they messed up her alignment. We are having so many issues and very unprofessional. Seeking legal advice and a new dentist

Complete trash, they don't ever answer to phone and they love to cancel appointments on the same day, my boyfriend to go here to get his teeth fixed because he had a tooth that was once filled but the filling came out and he was having extreme pain they cancel 3 of his appointments and he never got the chance to even get his teeth cleaned!!!! I even had an appointment one day and I drove all the way there for them to tell me that they tried to call me to tell me that my appt was canceled and when I told the lady at the desk that I never got a call she said that the number said it was disconnected then asked me basically if my phone was off and I told her that my phone is not off and asked which number did they called which was an old number but they also had my new number so why would they not try to call both numbers if one was disconnected????? Common sense this office is just a huge joke and waste of time tbh !!!

Was sent from Virginia Beach to this location and the day of my appointment after all I had to do to be there at 8:00am (coming from Chesapeake) they told me they couldn't take care of my 7yr old daughter because there were not pediatric dentist, like my time didn't matter to them, I should have been called instead of making me come all the way for nothing... then the next appointment I arrived 20 minutes late because of a bridge drawn (ok my fault) then she told me she doesn't think they can take care of her and she was going to ask and this place was EMPTY and she told me that she could not be taken care of. I told the front desk that everytime I come to Spencer the minimum wait for my daughter to be called after check in was 50 minutes. Anyway, I'll never go to this place ever again. Don't waste your time parents, time is the only thing you can't get back.

The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because of the front desk. Although I find the dental assistants, dental hygienists, and dentists super friendly and professional the front desk is a different story. When you walk in you can feel the tension and also a few times coming in I have heard staff talking about other staff unprofessionally and patients also which is unacceptable. Something has to be done especially with time management. This place has gone down hill and I just feel bad for the dental staff because they have always been amazing to both my girls. Kool Smiles was super professional before this company came and took over. Unfortunately I will not come back after years of service.
