This location is the worst my family continues to make appointments and they don't have staff and cancel without telling you. They never return calls. I'm a ortho patient and can't get an appointment for regular dental to have issues resolved. Worst customer service ever seen in life. The staff just shrug like oh well. I will most definitely be talking my whole family to another dentist because I will not keep wasting my time with this ignorant location

I have literally called their office 83 times (44 times from my phone and 39 times from my business phone) in the last 46 minutes. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I've called their direct line as well as their 804 area code line. The BBB seriously needs to look into this place, because they NEVER answer their patients calls!! I've even sat in their office and called multiple times, just to prove a point; and they literally just watched the phone ring.

Very unprofessional longer than normal waiting times I had an appointment @ didn't start until 3:30 the DONT pick up the phone and also don't call you and let you know they only to low income people which is sad I would not come here if you don't have to

Horrible. They are so inconsiderate of patients time. They book appointments on top of each other for their regular dental services which causes people to have to wait for long periods. It's ridiculous. I do want to say Ortho is amazing. If that's what you're being seen for, they are professional and quick. I absolutely hate when my kid has to see the other side. Horrible just horrible. If you can avoid them all together then do so!

A big thanks to all at Spencer Dental. I was a little nervous going to a new dentist, but from walking through the door, all at front desk were pleasant and special thanks to Akiya for putting me at ease and even making first visit fun and had some laughs and to Dr. Poole who was great as well explaining the exam as he did it. Thank you all. I'm grateful to have a dentist office so close to my home and one I felt at ease with.

They NEVER answer the phone, OVERBOOK appointments where you have to sit an hour past your scheduled time, and NEVER return emails or voicemails!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to drive from a completely different city to walk in and speak to someone after calling 39 times!! The scheduling operator can't even get in contact with this location.
