In 1983 Dr. Ronald Spencer graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee having majored in Zoology. Following undergrad Dr. Spencer continued his education at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he graduated with Honors in 1987.

Over the last 34 years Dr. Ronald Spencer has been practicing dentistry with an emphasis on family and restorative treatments. Outside of the dental operatory, Dr. Spencer has spent several years designing over-the-counter dental products and even holds a patent on the DenTek V1 over-the-counter occlusal guard.

Dr. Ronald Spencer enjoys studying dental implants and different techniques in order to provide the best quality of tooth replacement available. Dental implants and large prosthetic cases are considered Dr. Spencers favorite field in dentistry.

Family is a major part of Dr. Spencers life. For 26 years, Dr. Spencer has been married to his loving and energetic wife Sharon. They are proud parents and enjoy working with both sons, Hayden and Greg.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Ronald Spencer, Dr. Greg graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2012 with a Biochemistry and Cellular Molecular Biology degree. During his senior year at UT, Dr. Greg was accepted into the militarys Health Professions Scholarship Program and started dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. After graduating dental school in 2016, Dr. Greg became CPT Spencer and was sent to South Korea to start his military career. During the course of CPT Spencers military career he spent 14 months in Korea and then was stationed at Fort Campbell in Clarksville, Tennessee. From there, Dr. Greg deployed to Afghanistan where he was the Armys dentist to NATO during the height of COVID during 2020. In 2021 Dr. Greg moved back to Maryville to start working in the family practice. Dr. Greg is proud of his military service and still remains in the reserves as of today.

Working with family and helping the residents of Maryville has always been Dr. Gregs life long goal. Dr. Greg is continuing his education every year taking hundreds of CEs to ensure that he is at the cutting edge of the dental field. He enjoys getting to help the community and cherishes the time learning from Dr. Ron Spencer. He loves having his brother Hayden in the office and hopes that these new years in Maryville will provide him the foundation for a family based future.

I have been in the dental field for fourteen years now. I first started out as a dental assistant specializing in Orthodontics. After several years assisting, I wanted to further my education and applied to dental hygiene school in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2014, I completed my program, graduating from Concorde Career College in Memphis with my Bachelors Degree in biological Sciences and my Dental Hygiene degree. When I am not working with patients or furthering my education, I enjoy traveling the world, spending time with my family and friends

I was born in Knoxville, but raised in Greenback, so I consider myself a well rounded East Tennessean. I graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2020 with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. Building good relationships with my patients and encouraging them to practice good oral hygiene has been one of the most rewarding parts of this career. In my freetime, I love spending time with my dog, Ivy and going to the lake with my friends.

I am proud to say I was born right here in Maryville, Tennessee. I graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University Dental Hygiene program in 2021. Spencer Dental hired me right after graduation, and I have enjoyed being a part of this dental family. I am passionate about educating patients on oral health and ensuring a positive dental experience. Outside of the office, you can find me coaching cheerleading part time at Gym Counts, being outdoors and traveling, or spending time with my dog, Luna.

I graduated from Ross Medical in 2018 and I sit on their board of education. I have four years of clinical experience, and have been lead assistant for the past three years. I am in charge of ordering, inventory, and lab cases.

I was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. Five years ago I moved from Knoxville to Blount County, where I now live with my husband Cole and our three beautiful four legged children. One of my favorite parts of living in Blount County is getting to see the beautiful mountains and experience the outdoors. Though winter in East Tennessee is beautiful, summertime is by far my favorite, because I get to be outside and I get to spend time with my animals.

October of 2018 is when I first started working in the dental field. It did not take me long to learn how much I love this field, and that I wanted to become a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). So in March of 2019 I received my RDA certification and I am proud to say that as of September 2021 I have my Expanded Functions (EFDA) Certification. Now that I am looking further into the future I hope that everyday I can expand my knowledge and use this knowledge to help the wonderful residents of Blount County.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Tn. After high school, I attended Ross Medical Education center, where I graduated and became a Registered Dental Assistant. I have been working for 3 years, and enjoy learning and expanding my knowledge of dentistry. It has been very rewarding to work with the great staff and doctors at Spencer Dental.

Growing up in Knoxville was a really wonderful time in my life. I attended Powell High School where I met so many wonderful friends, and this is when I started to develop my interest in dentistry. I decided to attend dental assisting school and graduated in 2010. I ended up moving to Seymour and getting married to my wonderful husband Travis. We now have one son, who is my world, and two happy puppies! Even though I became a mother and spend most of my freetime on the lake or by a bonfire, I find it very rewarding to get to interact with patients on a day to day basis and help them navigate their dental procedures and benefits. I have really found my passion working in this field.

I am a local Maryville Rebel, graduating from Maryville in 2008. After school I travelled to Houston, Texas, which I called home until 2021. In June of 2021, I decided it was time my husband and two wonderful kids moved back to Maryville. For over a year, I have been working in the dental field and I find it to be very rewarding. I have thoroughly enjoyed interacting with patients and helping them with their dental needs. Getting to meet so many local residents and help them coordinate their procedures has made me feel like I am a part of this wonderful community.

I was born and raised right here in Maryville, graduating from Maryville High in 2011. For a time, I moved to Savannah, Georgia where I lived for 6 years, however I just could not stay away and we decided to move back. In 2014, I started working in the dental field. For 5 years, I worked in a dental lab making crowns when I decided to change to work closer to the patients, helping them coordinate their dental experience. Outside of the job, I am happily married with a blended family of 4 lovely children and 2 energetic dogs!

Being the youngest Spencer in the family, I pride myself on being the glue that holds this whole operation together. I graduated from William Blount in 2016, my brother went to Maryville, I try not to hold that against him. After high school, I became a certified welder in 2020, following graduation from welding school. My ultimate goal is to have a welding business right here in Blount County. I have been working full time as an office associate here at the family office for over a year now. Getting my second education, one could say, in business operations and working with clients. Many responsibilities are bestowed upon me and I cherish these responsibilities. Working with my family to provide excellent dental services to my home town gives me a sense of pride and community. Getting to learn how to interact with patients as well as learning what it takes to be a business is rewarding and I am hoping all this new found knowledge will allow me to grow my own business one day!
