This is the worse dentist office I've ever been too. Not organized unprofessional, i do not recommend for anyone . Call volume high for no reason , gave them 72hours to return my call prior to my appt . No one called me back . Which I had no choice but to cancel my appt . I'll be reporting to them to my insurance company to stop funding them . I should've know better being that they changed they name from Kool Smiles due to bad representation .

This business should be shut down it is not clean. The staff and doctors are rude the act entitled as if they're the only dentist in Hampton. They mismanged my insurance and had me go to 3 different appointment. for them to tell me on the 3rd appointment. We don't take your Insurance this place should be shut down and the members disbarred from practicing medical services on the public.

Came about 2 hours earlier than my appointment because they never took insurance information when the appointment was made. So I know I had to do paperwork and they would have to verify my insurance. I waited over a hour before I went back to the desk and the young man informed me they were still on hold really. I called myself and the insurance agent informed that they don't have anyone on hold especially not for an hour. Guess what young man looks at the computer and say you're now verified. Now I'm called and to the back I go. X-ray done. Now I'm waiting over 20min in the room for the doctor to come. 1st and last time.

Never again. Unprofessional there's no reason my kids appointment should be scheduled at 8:30 and we don't get out of there until almost 12:00

My recent visit was horrific. This place overbooked per usual. After waiting over an hour, my nine year old son was rushed through his appointment. The hygienist wasn't going to clean his teeth until I asked was he just getting an exam. Then he caught an attitude because "how dare I question him". Ugh, he rushed through the partial cleaning with his nasty attitude. He had the audacity to talk about me in my face to his coworkers. Then basically refused my post counseling meeting that they normally do following the exam. He just took me to the counter and walked away. Sigh... This place is the ghetto. I'm taking my private insurance and my dollars somewhere else.

They are always behind schedule, late and unorganized. People are unprofessional. This place is terrible. It is clean and when you do finally get seen they do good work.

Apt was for 8:30 for my son. And apparently everyone else's was too. When I made the apt lady on phone said apts take 30 min. That was a lie. 9:30 came around and was still not seen. I went up and cancelled it and told them thank you for the waste of time this morning . Apparently they think people have HOURS in the day to make dentist apts , no thank you. Don't go here.

I love going to places that are very busy yet the staffs handle everyone with patience and care. This is my first time visiting this dentist since it has been spencers and I must say that I am very please I would like to give a special thank you to Lakisha Blount who is the patient care coordinator That works the front desk because my appointment was going to be all the way in April of next year. However, she pulled some magic and got me an appointment for next week and another one for two weeks after that I am very pleased and thankful because I'm telling you a toothache is no joke .

Last time we were here they were less than gentle with my special needs children and rushed them through. The anesthesiologist and Dr performing surgery did fine but the regular exam Dr was terrible and rude. This time my apptmnt was an hr ago. They only have 1 Dr now so that's why there was a long wait but them overbooking is not my fault. If my younger son with ASD was here to wait it would have been a nightmare but he was sick this morning so we canceled. Luckily my oldest has patience. At least this Dr seems professional

New patient. Will never go there again! Dentist told me he didn't know why my gum was swollen behind one tooth. Was supposed to get a cleaning also, told me he didn't have time to. He obviously had no idea what he was doing.They never answer the phone. Why? I highly stress you stay far away from this so-called dentist. Place is filthy, walls are dirty too, and paint peeling off.

Somehow the hygienist and the dentist both are trying to skip the issues and not address them properly. They wouldn't suggest a treatment either. Unfortunately Not proper patient care.

From the moment I walked in the door the entire staff was friendly and still professional, I would refer anyone to this practice, it was clean and organized and there wasn't a long wait, I was even able to leave to get information the doctor needed for a future appointment and was fit in on the same day to come back! I left before getting everyone's name that gave such great patient care, so I will be leaving another post when I do.

After YEARS of tryin to find a dentist that accepts Medicaid I finally found Spencer's. They were super nice. I got in within days and the oral surgeon I had was so polite and warm. They really did so much for me that I can't thank them enough!!!!

How do you even get a response from these people? I called they said call back at 2pm. That the oral surgeon would be in. Called at 2 pm now they said call back next week when the oral surgeon will be in but they don't know what day??? Just as bad as Kool Smiles

I went out my way to make it to my appointment that they set for me for me mind you I got a second appointment reminder for another day got there to be told yeah that email that has your appointment on it from our company is wrong and we can't see you today enjoy your discomfort eating. Oh and by the way you told them over the phone what you want to do but we don't know it
