THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! I had an appointment last Friday and they called an hour before my appointment time and canceled, they resched Me to today... I drove over an hour to get here AND THEYRE CLOSED! Save your time and gas money and don't even try this place.

At the date of initial consultation, my general dentist sent my x rays over, plus they had my referral form, and they took a panoramic x-ray there. The dentist never examined my teeth, but looked at my x rays and my referral form. He told me that he would follow protocol on my referral and to make an appointment. I had an appointment made for one month later. A week before my appointment, I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment by replying Y for Yes, I am confirming my appointment. The day before my appointment, I received another text, asking me to call to confirm my appointment. I did that as well. I drove over 30 miles to get there and after I filled out my updated medical history, I brought it to the front desk, where I was took that the dentist refused to follow through with my referral protocol and that he would do nothing. I spoke with the lady in charge and I tried to explain my situation, and she rudely asked if I wanted her to give me a referral for another dentist or not! She gave me four referrels for dental facilities that were over 100 miles away.

This place is horrible the check-out staff lady was so rude up top of this facility is so outdated once you go to the back it's this round desk and all the patients chairs are line around this table out in the open you have no privacy you can see everything everyone is doing just awful. The staff that does the cleaning does not take any time up with the young children if the child doesn't open there mouth she doesn't try to do anything to convince him to open his mouth she just cleans the front of his theeth and goes on. I Do NOT suggest this place.

If I could give less than one star I would. They are extremely unprofessional, unorganized, with the absolute rudest staff. 0/10 definitely don't go there unless it's your absolute last choice. They need to shut this place down!

We drive about an hour to get there only to find out we can't be seen and have to be rescheduled. This has happened multiple times, even though they call me the day before to confirm the appointment date and time. I am beyond frustrated! Gas is too expensive to be wasting. Furthermore, days from work for myself and days from school for her are being missed for no reason. Get it together! Professional is clearly not in their vocabulary! I DO NOT recommend this place at all!

I had a tooth extracted Dr d was absolutely the best dentist I've ever had he removed it in like 1 minute after he waited about 20 minutes for the numbing to take effect I was amazed of how it did not even hurt I am back today to have a cavity filled I have future appointments to have a few root canals I am not worried a bit because I would actually call him the tooth whisperer.. no I'm not even kidding I've heard that he is grumpy but no he isn't he was very very nice when I was sitting at the dentist chair he walked by me and smiled and waved and I smiled and waved at him and I told his assistant about how nice he was and I will report her but she rolled her eyes up and kind of shrugged her shoulders and I hit her on the arm and I told her not to be that way that he is nice anyway I was very pleased and I left the dentist office happy that is my review sincerely Margie minnis

I've been going here since it was kool smiles and the service is always great but on 2 separate occasions I've missed the conformation call for my appointment and they've canceled my appointment even after I've called back to confirm it. One of those occasions was today and I called at least 20 times with no answer and left multiple voicemails. I even called the call center since they're the only people to answer the phone and spoke with someone to confirm my appointment which I did and she told me it was confirmed. So then I get off work EARLY drive 2 hours to my appointment just for them to tell me it's canceled and someone's already replaced me. I'm no Karen but this is ridiculous and I can't be the only one to think so. Gas isn't free and neither is my time.

My husband went here experiencing tooth pain. The x-ray tech marked the wrong tooth on the x-ray and thus the dentist pulled the completely wrong tooth. My husband realized it when he got back to our car and rushed back in. They pulled the correct tooth then but, they certainly cannot replace the good tooth they pulled for no reason. Beware of this dental office. If you value your teeth, and if you can find another provider, you may want to seek dental care elsewhere. Update: I had to make an emergency appointment here for myself for a toothache because I couldn't find any other dentist that accepts my insurance. It was a horrible experience. I had to travel over an hour only to be told my appointment had been canceled when I got there. No one had called or texted me. I am currently pregnant and I did not need this extra stress today on top of a toothache. I lost my cool and had a minor breakdown in the parking lot. I will never go to this office in Danville again.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr.D is an exceptional dentist and the best in town. The staff, most particularly Mrs.J and Sierra, were a tremendous help in making sure I was welcome and my needs were taken care of. 5/5 stars.

Unprofessional how do I start my appointment was at 8:00am I arrived at 7:45am to be told my appointment is at 9:00am but my appointment card clearly states 8:00am so I waited to 9 and was called back to get procedure done and waited to 11:45 and to be told that my dentist hadn't arrived no one cared if I was in the room or not all the staff walk pass my room with no concern for hours and the one staff that walked me to my room kept asking me have the been in my room and was telling my wife the same thing to the exact word for word she was 2 doors down expecting to have a procedure done the worst thing is that no one was going to do any work on me they need to be shut down because their bad practices shows wasted my time and gas very disappointed thought I was going to get the help I needed

My kids went here for years with a 30 min...minimum..wait to get their name called to go to the back. Yesterday I re-scheduled a 2:30 appt to 3pm so my husband could get off work in time to get my daughter there by 3. They arrived by 3pm today yet was told they had to be there by 2:50 to be seen and was turned away. It was a complete waste of time and money, never mind completely unprofessional on the part of the receptionist. I will not be returning to this orthodontist or dentist. On a previous visit ortho accused my 13yr old of not wearing her rubber bands. Told her to "do better" but funny thing is I've watched her wear the bands non stop for 3 months. Clearly someone doesn't know how to or just doesn't WANT to do their job. Do better.

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a call back to reschedule for a appointment. I called the other number provided but didn't get a real response just that they said they would leave a voicemail at Danville location. They don't answer the phones, it's like you have to go up there to even make an appointment now. They make sure to call you when your appointment is coming up even e-mail you but won't pick up when you call. Ready to switch my dentist because this is crazy.

I came an hour away to be seen for a tooth that hurt after having an appt for three months and I wasn't even 10 minutes late and they say after 10 it has to be rescheduled and they couldn't fit me on after me driving an hr to be there not even 10 late lady at the front was rude told me have a good day with attitude and now I have no idea when I'll be seen .

If I could give this establishment a negative 0 I would. They are very rude and unprofessional. Mercedes (the girl that sit at the front desk with the messed up bun) is very rude. Not to mention that her manager April was even worse. My daughter WILL NOT be going back there.

The entire staff was really sweet and made my daughter and I very comfortable. Thank you Amanda Dishman and Dr. Darensburg for your hospitality and a great laugh. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
