I've been a patient of spencer dental for years, back when it was known as Cool Smiles. I've had awesome service, the staff is wonderful and a joy to carry conversation with as well as being very informative. Would definitely recommend!!

Let me start by telling you how welcoming and amiable the entire staff is here at this location. Everyone was very friendly and professional towards me and my children. With that being said a special recognition needs to go to the Registered Dental Hygienist at this location, Kayleigh Roman. This woman is amazing she is wicked smart and has the people skills, just stepping into the hygiene bay I can tell she was the heartbeat of the office. She is someone that has the drive to get things done at a moment's notice. Was able to x-ray clean polish apply fluoride (and Sealants on one of my kids) and on top of all that was able to catch what is called a supernumerary on the X-ray taken. What that means is that this Beautiful extraordinary women notice my daughter was missing one of her 6year molars and that there's an extra tooth bud blocking that molar from coming in. I can tell she is well respected just by seeing the respect she gives her patients and coworkers. I hope someone found this review useful. I highly recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly however I dont like how they jump around to different patients vs taking care of the current patient they checked in it makes the process a lot longer especially with little kids that are antsy.

I've gotten braces from here in 2016 and I haven't been able to go back to maintain them due to moving nor afford them. I've been calling multiple times over the past 5 months to get an appointment to get my braces taken off and there either is no answer or I get transferred to ortho and they never answer. I've called at different times and days. It's ridiculous. I need my braces off.
