Needs to be shut down. I went to their office for my appointment a couple months ago... the doors were locked, no call , no explanation. Every single appointment after that has been canceled and you can't even get them on the phone to talk about anything.The last appointment I was actually seen, I got forgot about while I was sitting in the back for 2 hours, patients that came in after me were leaving before me and they hadn't even started on me, I was only there for a simple cleaning.

After waiting months for my first appointment at Spencer dental, my appointment was canceled. I've been made two other appointments only to get to the appointment and they call me while I'm in the parking lot 2 to 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel my appointment. I have stage four breast cancer and have put chemo and everything else on hold to try to be seen at this dentist office. These people will not return your call. They do not care about their patients. They will not work you in they tell you that you're gonna be put on a waitlist, and they never return your call for the waitlist. All in all, if they were not the only place that accepted my insurance, I would never step foot on their premises again.

I don't know why they have a telephone number I've never had them answer a phone call. Now they don't even return calls when you leave a message. My crown fell off the the next morning after putting it on. Today they just sent a text saying I need to reschedule, but can't reschedule if no one answers or returns a call. It's a joke of a company.

How many times do I have to confirm my appointment? I've waited over a month for my first appointment (no actual work being done ) and today, the day of said appt. they cancel. No. I absolutely will not be rescheduling! Probably a blessing in disguise after checking reviews. I had only confirmed the appointment 3 or 4 times by text message and I kept getting messages asking for confirmation! I'm not the only one they've canceled on. Check Google reviews people because this happens all the time. Reason they canceled? Due to no doctor in office. Like the other lady said a week ago in her review... run the other way!

Been calling everyday for almost 2 months to get my son in for fillings, no one has ever answered the phone or returned a call. He's now having pain and since I had his exam there insurance will not pay to go to a better place.

Appointments are scheduled for a certain time-not even of your choosing- then a about 2 weeks before the appointment email is received with different time. Tried to call and confirm-had to leave message. Then got text and email encouraging to reschedule cancelled appointment. Left multiple messages no return calls. Only go to this dentist because of insurance. If you have a choice run the other way!

Do not go here cannot keep anything straight. Had an appointment made for a root canal scheduled in May, they called and said it would have to be rescheduled for September because the staffing had changed, I completely understand that, but then I get a call nevertheless on the day of my appointment stating they can't do a root canal at this location. Been dealing with an abscess tooth since December 2021. I do not normally leave reviews for anything but geez.

Drove 2 hours thinking I was gonna have surgery for wisdom teeth just to be rushed in to the office just for an x-ray and didn't even make a second appointment for the actual surgery that day and been trying to set up a second appointment sent and they just keep blowing me off and they are the only oral surgeon that accepts my insurance near me and I can't even get a second appointment for my surgery I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at anytime and I myself am actually seeking legal action for thier disregard of ethics of thier clients ....... If I could find another oral surgeon that would accept my insurance near me I would

They told me 2 years ago that I had two cavities that needed fillings. I recently called to schedule a cleaning and fillings. They said they wouldn't do the cleaning and referred me to Wytheville Community College and said to come in afterwards for my fillings.. WCC gave me a clean bill of health. No cavities present. X-rays backed that up. Seems Spencer just wants to make money. Update: I left a message to cancel my appointment. Days later I got an appointment reminder.. It provided a link to cancel my appointment. I followed the link.. Then, the day before my appointment I got a message saying I needed to reschedule due to my provider being out of the office. Looks like they were doing all they could to charge for a "missed" appointment.

The front staff Emma and Rebecca were amazing at getting me seen with my dental emergency. They also worked very hard to get my insurance to cover my procedure as my insurance company was having a hard time finding my policy.

This is the worst place I have ever been in my whole entire life. I took my 3 year old non verbal autistic child there for his first ever dentist appointment. Dr looked at his teeth which the front 4 were cause of concern because they were discolored and she said there's no cause of concern his teeth are fine and no cavities. His father took him to a dentist in Roanoke for an appointment and the new Dr looked at his teeth and instantly said all 4 front ones have to come out and the majority in the back have to be capped. My 3 year old now has to be put to sleep and in pain for someone else's sorry mistakes. If I could choose no stars I would. This place is a joke.

I can't express how much this place has changed and how the staff there are so helpful, kind and patient. In the last 2 weeks they have seen my 5 kids and me and one of my kids has autism and they were so patient with him and talked him through everything! This place has changed so don't base it on past experiences! Go see for yourself how amazing they are today!!!!

Absolutely love the ortho team but most definitely Yasir. He never fails to make my adjustments and fixes super smooth. Really kind and has a soft hand with his work !
