Love this place. Not the type of review you'd think you'd read for an oral surgeon. However, Dr. Haralson was the best and the staff make it almost ...almost a pleasure.

Dr. Haralson is the best. He is kind, understanding and really knows how to set a person at ease. He explains everything in an understandable manner and is very straightforward as to what you can expect as a patient. We all get scared to go to the oral surgeon but Dr. Haralson and his entire staff still turn it into a positive experience.

Great attentativeness, planning, execution and customer care. Dr literally made time in schedule for next day to take care of pulling 4 wisdom teeth before end of year. Staff very nice, engaging, and know their stuff. Most of all a lot of smiles, laughs, and genuine care environment. Definitely going to recommend to friends, family!! Thank you!

All of the office staff is amazing professional but yet caring, kind and knowledgeable. The Doctor always make you feel that he sincerely cares, just not another patient walking into his office. Truly a great experience, they will be my choice for anything I need.

This surgeon removed an upper tooth attached to my sinus cavity on my right side 2 years ago. He had to cut it into 4 quarters to pull it out. I cried the whole time. No sympathy. Now I have constant sinus issues, tmj, and ear problems all on the side he worked on. I've been to multiple doctors and new dentists to treat issues he created. Thanks for my clicking jaw and constant pain, I would not recommend.

Everyone at Spectrum is great and I can't say enough about how accommodating they were when I needed dental work immediately due to excruciating pain I had. The staff were able to get me in ASAP, the dentist stayed late to help me and without them I would have been in pain for many more hours. I have also went to them for an implant and everything about the experience was great, I highly recommend for any oral work you need.

Need to get an implant? Then the staff here will take care of you. Everyone is nice and informative. One of the best doctors with a great sense of humor too.

Great and friendly staffs. My son had four wisdom teeth pulled out. Everything went great no issues and recovery time was fast.
