Dr. Tamara Miles-Dulan was born in Los Angeles California. A graduate of Westchester High School in Los Angeles California, Dr Dulan entered Howard University and graduated with a degree in dental hygiene. In the fall 1990, Dr. Dulan attended The University of Maryland Dental School and graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree in 1994. In 2000 Dr. Dulan purchased her very own dental practice in Essex Maryland. For the next 13 years Dr. Dulan built a family orientated state of the art dental practice. In addition, Dr. Dulan taught at the University of Maryland Dental School as a clinical instructor on a part time basis. In 2013, Dr. Dulan sold her dental practice.
Dr. Dulan is currently part of Spectrum Dental at Union Memorial Hospital with Dr Katherine Collier and Associates. As the primary dentist at Spectrum Dental, she brings 19 years of experience, excellent clinical judgment and an expanded array of dental skills. These skills include advanced dental training in orthodontics and dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, invisalign, oral surgery, root canals and prosthetic dentistry.

Been going here for 8 years an they are amazing and have the best staff that treat me like family.i brought my girl here and over 15 of my friends an we all loved the place.most still go there today and I actually jus was there yesterday

Don't have anything negative to say aside from the wait time. Just be prepared to wait an additional 45min to hour after your appointment time to be seen.

Staff and dentist are all friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, but I regularly wait 30+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time before being seen.

I have been coming to Spectrum since 2017. The staff is always friendly and my appointments are always kept on time. The office environment is very pleasant as well. I would recommend to anyone, and they may be especially appealing to you if you want to work with black owned dental office.

The BEST service I've ever received! I love the Atmosphere and chemistry that they have for EACHOTHER!! I can't say enough!! Not to mention it's the best dental work I've ever had! It's a win, win here. So happy I found this dentist. Amazing!!! I simply cannot say enough! You won't be disappointed

The staff are incredibly competent, patient and kind. Everyone from the dentist to the hygienist to the X-ray tech to the office manager who can figure out any insurance claim. They offer options to work with you for what you want.

This is my 3rd visit to this place. Every time I come here I'm either waiting in a chair or in the lobby for an hour. It's ridiculous!!! Last time coming here!!! Smh

Omg never again. Staff was nice but the dentist ripped my mouth apart she was so rough it was redic. I should have ran when I heard the man scream from the waiting room.

I hate going to the dentist but the team here is great! I had a lot of work done in 2020 and each time walked in the room tense and nervous. After a few minutes I was relaxed and comfortable. I'd recommend Spectrum to everyone. COVID-19 Precautions They're doing their own screening in addition to what's happening at the front door. Everyone is masked up and hand sanitizer is available.

Omg I loved my visit! The staff was AMAZING! Loved the fact they're an all black women establishment and so pleasant. Dr. Judy is hilarious non stop laughing and I forgot her name but she's an assistant, amazing as well.

The front desk staff were friendly fast and professional. Dr. Caldwell really knows how to relax you then get it done with the speed. The tech Lenard is gentle and knowledgeable as an assistant. They are my new dental care team
