Dr. Elham Khajavi brings high-quality expertise to dental care, ensuring her patients receive the utmost care and attention. Dr. Khajavi graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2003 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, DDS. She now resides in California. She has experience in all aspects of dentistry, including sedation techniques. Her patients include children to adults of all ages.
Dr. Patricia Valenzuela was born and raised in Columbia. She received her undergraduate and Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota Columbia in 1989. Dr. Valenzuela graduated in the top 10% of her class and was invited to attend Loyola University Orthodontic Specialty training in Chicago for 3 months.
The externship at Loyola inspired her to return to the Universidad Javeriana for 3 years of Orthodontic Specialty training, where she received a Masters Degree (MS) in Orthodontics in 1995. She was also an associate professor for three years, teaching cephalometric diagnosis, part time, at Universidad San Martin. After graduation from dental school, she began to practice and improve her skills until 1999 when she decided to move to California.
Dr. Valenzuela passed her California boards and was licensed to practice in California in 2002. Since orthodontics is not only her profession, but also her passion, she is continuously furthering her knowledge of orthodontics, dentofacial orthopedics, TMJ treatments, lingual braces, TAD's, and Invisalign. She is a highly sought after professional because of her knowledge, precision, and compassion. Dr. Valenzuela's expertise as a bilingual orthodontist makes her an invaluable member of our team.
