Dr. Tatyana Baranovsky defended and passed her four-part Prosthodontics Board exam immediately after graduating with her Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2016 and distinguished herself by becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. She subsequently held the position of Assistant Professor and was the Director of Prosthodontic Courses at the University of New England in Portland, Maine between 2016-2019.
Kim started her dental assistant training in 1988 at BOCES in her hometown of Mexico, New York. Upon completion she entered the dental field as a chairside assistant until 1997. After the birth of her son in 1998, she returned to dentistry this time in the business office. A valued employee here since 2005, Kim looks forward to continuing her duties here until retirement.
Ive lived in the Tully area most of my life and graduated from OCCs Dental Hygiene program in 1975. I enjoy the patient interaction I experience as a dental hygienist. Joining Dr. Stannards practice in 1990 has allowed me to witness the rapid changes in dentistry and the specialty of prosthodontics. Dr. Stannards continual investment and forward movement in the areas of technology and implants has given me the opportunity to keep growing and learning. It has made for an exciting and interesting journey.
Family is very important to me, I am the oldest of six children and we still get together for a week every summer and camp in the Adirondacks. I am married with three daughters; two are married, the youngest is still in school. My hobbies are sewing, quilting, and cooking but lately they have been replaced by spending as much time as I can with my four beautiful grandsons.

I had complete confidence in Dr. Baranovsky's knowledge, skill and meticulous attention to detail. She is one of the few Board Certified Prosthodontists in the country. What I appreciated most about her was her compassion, care and good humor, which got me through what could have been a very stressful experience. I am eternally grateful to her and her wonderful staff.

I called Dr. Baronovsky because she was the "emergency dentist" while my dentist was on vacation. She was so considerate and thoughtful. I was thrilled with her service.

Dr Baranovsky has been working along side my Periodontist to fix some very complicated and unfortunate issues that I came to them with. Two days ago Dr Adornato (my periodontist in Liverpool) did some intense oral surgery due to multiple issues such as osteonecrosis of mandible, broken off teeth and such. She removed 6 teeth, had to add implant posts and use grafting tissue to build my jaw back up. As soon as she got done, I had to get right over to Dr Tatyana Baranovskys office where she fitted and applied partial denture like teeth to cover the healing gums in mandible so I'd have teeth to show but also to cover and protect the grafted surgical sites. Dr Baranovsky and her wonderful staff were so perfect! Just like a well oiled machine so to speak!! Gentle, caring, extremely knowledgeable as well as educational. I could not have been referred to any better specialists. Dr Baranovsky is very business like while still showing compassion. I was petrified the partial denture would not match my remaining teeth nor fit comfortably however.... they do and she got it 100% perfect!

Every person was friendly and very welcoming especially since this was my first visit. Kim at the front desk helped make my check-in/check-out process quick and easy. As well, Kim has gone above and beyond to help transfer my records from my previous dentist. My dental hygienist, Angel, took time to explain everything she was doing to my teeth, which made me more comfortable. Dr. Baranovsky was extremely friendly and made my visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Baranovsky's office!

In my 60+ years of dentistry I have never had anyone give me anesthesia with no burning, pinching or pain. She can numb me up ny day! Also pays attention to detail and will work until she achieves the perfect result! The staff is so friendly, kind and knowledgable and helpful.

I was greeted when I arrived. My wait was only about 1 minute. I had a general cleaning. Elaine was friendly and efficient as usual. I can't express enough how I appreciate the service, experience, and expertise the staff has shown me over the 18 years I have been with Dr. Stannard and Dr. Tatyana. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.
