Truly the best periodontal care in Southwest Florida! Dr. Kazakos is very professional and great to talk to. One of the best dental hygienist I've have ever met, Destiny, is so sweet and gentle with all of my cleanings. Highly recommend this place!

While the dental procedure I had done was completed marvelously, it is the billing department that made me rate this establishment with only 2 stars. After my insurance approved the dental work and I paid a hefty portion of the bill, I received a denial letter from my provider a few months later. When I called to report the issue they said they had missed some of the needed paperwork when they submitted the first claim and would submit the remainder then. A few weeks later, I received another phone call saying they had been too late to fight the denial so I would now be responsible. They have sent me letters over and over again, but not sent the bill to collections because they know I am not liable to pay these funds. Please do not let them scam you into paying the portion of the bill they are responsible for.

When I went for my cleaning the dental hygienist was rude and rough with me and stopped midway through the cleaning. The front desk continue to be rude of me telling me that I had to see the doctor, isn't that her job when she schedules my appointment? Then I get a letter discharging me from the practice for being noncompliant. How can I be noncompliant when I wasn't scheduled appropriately to begin with? Horrible customer service, do not go to them. I've given them hundreds of dollars over the years but they don't care they've already spent that.
