Great experience over the last few years as my son was in braces. All of the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating and they really work with you for scheduling and those small emergencies. Dr Apt is a true professional with a fantastic bedside manner. Plus, hes realistic with the kids about the importance of good dental hygiene and super transparent with all of your orthodontic options. We have loved working wIth this group!
The office is friendly in general. The orthodontists are very calm natured, kind and patient. They are great about creating an advanced custom plan for whatever shape your teeth may be in. After I interviewed several places, I feel very confident that this is one of the best options for orthodontics in Northern VA. You will be in good hands of a perfectionist.

I give Five Stars Doctor Dao and all the Staff are amazing. They are very professional, explained really well the treatment process and cost. My daughter was treated excellent. I extremely recommend Specialist in Orthodontics - Herndon.

My Invisalign journey is coming along nicely! And my appointment yesterday was just as nice. The staff, as always, was professional, timely and warm, explaining very step in detail. I sincerely appreciate their customer service and would highly recommend them to any family/friend.

Recent visit at Worldgate location. From the ease of making the appointment, convenient parking, polite front desk, expertise of Toni in scanning and pictures to the consult with Dr.Dao; received excellent professional and compassate treatment. Highly recommend this practice.

Thank you Dr. Apt and staffs. Today I finally had the braces off. What a nice and confident smile I can have now. People have been noticing my look changed and complimented lately. My daughter also finished her braces about 1/2 year before me. Immediately her friends noticed her look change and smile change. Looking at her beautiful smiles without the braces everyday, it's a joy for the mother. Thinking back about our experiences during the journey, it has been EASY and very pleasant. We didn't have to loose any teeth which is a big requirement for me. We had a few accidents with the braces, but every time, the staffs were quick to rescue by being very flexible to fit us in. The offices (Herndon and Ashburn) are very organized, and appointments were always on time. Mostly the doctor's and staffs' skills are top notch. EASY does it. In the end, we got wonderful results. Totally worth it!

My three kids and I have all been treated by Dr. Apt and his team. I cannot recommend him enough! Our teeth look amazing, which is what we want foremost after all. Two of us had braces, the other two used Invisalign. The timeline he gave us was accurate in all of our cases too. His office runs on time (and in fact, we often were called in early if we arrived early) and the staff are efficient and fast. Definitely five stars. I live in Oakton, by the way, and was happy to drive to Herndon to see him (and Ashburn just a couple of times because I had changed an appointment last-minute). Just go see him for a consultation if you are looking around-it's worth your time.

Dr Apt and his team are great. While 4 other dentists suggested removal of teeth / filing sides of teeth to reduce size and make space, Dr Apt was the only one who came up with a solution to fix my daughters overbite and crowded teeth. She has a beautiful smile now with no unnecessary damage or loss of teeth. Thank you Dr Apt

The quality of care provided by Dr. Apt and his team is unmatched anywhere around. They had a great team here.we went in for our initial consultation and my daughter was nervous but they quickly put her to ease.Everyone was extremely friendly, great personalities but yet professional and detailed explaining all aspects of the evaluation from procedures, to insurance questions and cost associated.
