Great experience over the last few years as my son was in braces. All of the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating and they really work with you for scheduling and those small emergencies. Dr Apt is a true professional with a fantastic bedside manner. Plus, hes realistic with the kids about the importance of good dental hygiene and super transparent with all of your orthodontic options. We have loved working wIth this group!
The office is friendly in general. The orthodontists are very calm natured, kind and patient. They are great about creating an advanced custom plan for whatever shape your teeth may be in. After I interviewed several places, I feel very confident that this is one of the best options for orthodontics in Northern VA. You will be in good hands of a perfectionist.

Our family's experience has not been good. This practice purchased retired Dr. Rosenberg's practice. I have 3 children, not one has been able to have the same orthodontist for their treatment. 2 are still current patients. We have just received notice that they have lost yet another Orthodontist. This last one only lasting 6 months. We have been informed that another practice has agreed to take us on. Now we receive an email informing us as to how generous of this other practice to take us on or we would be seeing an unforeseen financial burden. Seems to me if you quit on your patients no financial burden should fall on us, but rather give us the money to take our business else where. This other practice does not have convenient locations for us. This practice has rarely answered the phone when I called. It has not been a good experience overall. We will be looking for our own practice to finish up our treatment for our children.

Treatment started good 3 years ago but moving forward they downgraded their service so bad. From changing your doctors without letting you know to not picking up your calls through out the whole day. paying that much amount for the treatment and not And not even them caring about about your issues that you want me them to address has definitely been frustrating. Not satisfied with my orthodontic treatment at all.

This place honestly has nice people and great service, but don't bother calling them. Most likely they don't pick up, and they don't reply to the messages you leave. On multiple occasions I call for hours and they don't answer.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Since my son has been a patient here, he has had 3 different orthodontists with 3 different plans. My son has had his braces on for an extra year and a half since his contract started due to this constant change. They have since sold all of the ffx customers to another business without notifying us. Now we have to wait another 3 weeks to get seen by someone.

I had an amazing experience today during my consultation with Andrea and Dr. Kim!!! All of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I learned a lot about my teeth today....and I can't wait for the journey in perfecting my smile!!!

They are wonderful! I have been going to this office for the past 2.5 years and have always had a great experience. I was first treated by Dr. Murphy. I chose this office because I didn't feel like the staff were pushing me to start treatment and the prices were very reasonable. When Dr. Murphy left and Dr. Kim took over the transition was seamless. He took great care of me and my treatment plan did not change. I got my braces off a few days ago and I didn't realize how different my teeth would look... in a much better way! I love the way my smile is now and my confidence has shot up. Recommend them 100%.

Dr. Kim and the staff are absolutely the best. They're caring, diligent, and helpful. Always explaining the process and answer all my questions. Communicating with them is aways simple and clear. I wish I would have met them earlier, nonetheless I recommend them to all I meet. On another note, the building is very modern and sleek. Very high tech and the layout is easy access. As far as price, extremely affordable and reasonable. I'm very happy with my treatment.

Dr Murphy is amazing, but she is no longer there. However, Dr Kim has replaced her and he truly cares for his patients. He has the same attention to detail as Dr Murphy. He is very professional and personable. He went out of his way to help us. The old office manager didn't run things very well, but there is also a new office manager who seems to truly care about making things better.
