Amazing place and staff. Weve been coming here for years with our two kids and it has always been fantastic. They have even met us for orthodontic emergencies when they were technically closed. So glad we found them years ago and have been happy ever since.
This practice is awesome! I love it. The kids are very comfortable and look forward to their visits. As they are being treated, I always look around to watch the interactions of the staff with the other kids and their families and get the same reaction. We have 2 in braces, 1 almost done the other just started. I believe cost is average and reasonable.

I've been a patient here for close to 2 years! My experience and treatment from the staff has been GREAT! The staff are welcoming and happy to assist with all my needs! Definitely recommend for all your orthodontist care.

As a new customer for my 10-year daughter, the whole processes from making an appointment to office visiting were great experiences. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr Friedman was very knowledgeable and considerate. Thank you all!

The staff are nice and everything, but you do NOT want to come here. It is overbooked to the point where missing ONE appointment means you're not getting treated for a about a month. I don't know if this always happens with other customers, but whenever I call the office to complain about discomfort, I get sent to the wrong office and have to recall just to get sent to the wrong office AGAIN. In my opinion, the workers are nice but the younger ones are terrible. On my most recent appointment, there was a younger orthodontist, maybe I'm her 20s I'm not sure. But she she cause a lot of discomfort which I complained about. Before those appointments, twice in a row they incorrectly put in my braces and caused me the most discomfort I've ever felt. This again was because of a younger orthodontist who wasn't even paying attention. BECAUSE of their actions, the tooth next to my canine in the left side is higher up than it should be. Another problem that has occurred because of this is that it's not easy to brush certain teeth on that same side. But that's not all. I have had these braces on for 5 YEARS. I do not have stubborn gums. For 4 of those 5 years I had braces on my two front teeth. Why? There were teeth behind my canines and in order to get to them, the canines needed to be removed. Now, why didn't they just remove the canines? I have no idea! During 1 year of having two front braces, it caused my two front teeth to move forward, so I was stuck with the two front teeth like that for the rest of that 2 years. Wanna know another fun fact? The image you see is what was also stuck in my mouth for 4 years! That torture device is what made permanent indents in my gums and did a number on my back teeth. To be clear, no, they did not tell me that I had to remove the canines until it was time to put the next two braces on. Also, DO YOU LIKE HIDDEN FEES?? WELL BOY OH BOY DO I HAVE A GOOD ONE! When we first payed for my braces, they told me that the payment we payed covered all the steps of having braces. Guess what? They told me on my last appointment that there would be something like a 6,000 dollar fine for the full set of braces! So yeah, hidden fees are fun right! There's more things I could complain about, but im sure you already understand. Anyways, thanks for nothing I'll get my braces elsewhere! <3

Friendly and engaging staff! My daughter does not mind the visit at all. Dr. Friedman and Suzanne are great!!!! The office staff are both friendly and helpful. Plenty of time is provided for questions and concerns.

Seems like a good practice! Deducting one star for the repeated text messages and "reminders to review us on Google." Kind of tacky, really, especially for an orthodontist.

Pikesville location: Professional and friendly staff and premium service. Dr. Callahan is so delightful to work with. My braces are coming off soon and it hit me that I'm not going to see her anymore, sad face.
