Great place to get dental procedures done. Professional and very GOOD at this. I highly recommend. i was impressed and and I am not easily impressed. Root canal on a discomfort level was about equal to a average filling. Very much unlike the last root canal I had done elsewhere.

I have been going to this office for a couple years to monitor a back tooth that has some issues. Everyone is always so friendly, and I'm always seen on time. In addition, I appreciate that they give me great guidance and don't push any unnecessary procedures. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Had a root canal done here by Dr. Misra-Sauparn. Was able to schedule and get the procedure done the same day. The staff were very friendly and professional, billing was simple and straightforward. I'd say it's about as pleasant an experience as one could have had getting a root canal done.

The only way that I know that I am not Dr Misra and Cristian's absolute favorite patient is all the other glowing reviews here! :) She is amazing and showed special concern and care for my specific medical situation as someone going through treatment for cancer. From front desk, to chair-side manner, to quality care, this practice is an A+.

Dr. Misra-Sauparn performed my root canal and it was one of the best root canal experience I had so far. She not only accommodated me on a short notice but performed root canal on two teeth in a short span. I did not feel any pain during the procedure. Support staff, Cristian are awesome.

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Sauparn! She was very kind and efficient, and her assistant Christian was so sweet too! They talked with me during my procedure so it went by quickly and I had a great time chatting (even if I couldn't say much). I highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for treatment :D

Frustrated that I had to drive 2 hours to find someone who would do a root canal, but I don't regret it. Very professional, clean, and nice with a touch of humor. They were faster than I expected and even called the following day to check on the progress. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Dr. Misra-Sauparn & Christian are the absolute best. They listen, check in, and do the best they can do. I truly appreciated the service they provided and will continue to do so if needed in the future.

Dr. Sarpaun and her team at Special Care Endodontics had seen my daughter initially and the service was excellent. From start to finish they were extremely professional. In March 2022 I had issues with a root canal that was done 2 years ago. My dentist asked who I wanted to see to do the repair and without hesitation I said, "Dr. sarpaun and her team." I saw her on two occasions to complete the treatment and on both occasions the service was professional. I was informed of the procedure, got opportunity to ask and have my questions answered, I did not feel rushed and I felt like I was not just another business opportunity. The whole team catered to all my needs. The cleanliness, attention to detail and the mood music was appreciated. I look forward to seeing her on my check up. I highly recommend her.

Words can not explain how much I appreciate this office. Still, I will attempt to inform you of the amazing experience I had. I am typically nervous when it comes to anything related to teeth. However, every single person in the office went out of their way to make me feel safe, welcomed, and heard. Throughout the procedure they continuously checked-in with me and made me relax. I unfortunately had a negative reaction to the anesthesia. They were incredibly patience and offered various forms of support while it happen. I never want to had a root canal again, but I am tempted to eat an entire bag of candy just to work with these women again.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Misra-Sauparn at Specialist Care Endodontics. My dentist referred me to her for a possible root canal after being unable to identify exactly which tooth was causing me pain. Dr. Misra-Sauparn was able to fit me in to her schedule and see me right away. The 360 degree x-ray capability at Specialist Care Endodontics helped in identifying the tooth as one that had already received a crown, and she was able to perform a root canal through the crown...with no pain! All in the office were very accommodating, friendly, and professional!

We are told by society that fear is an illusion of our mind. We should just confront it! In that cold isolation, fear breeds anxiety and hopelessness. By convincing the world it is a solitary battle, fear cannot lose. Yet, there are moments in our lives when fate steers us towards a rare find. When we have nearly given up, something quite special happens. In that darkness, you feel the light touch of someone tugging at your hand. They know the secret. A soft breath whispers it into your ear as they pull you out of the darkness. Fear is not a game of solitaire. Fear is defeated when it is fought together. I have many fears. I fear laying flat, closed spaces, medical environments. etc. etc. For me, the first step was acknowledging these fears to others and trusting them with my most embarrassing admissions. So, you can imagine the anxiety I felt when I discovered I was going to need a root canal retreatment. When I finally walked into their office, the first thing I noticed was the music playing the in waiting room. It was a gentle piano with calming instrumentals. There was not a TV blaring the latest episode of Fixer Upper. Also, I was immediately greeted with the smile and soft voice of the receptionist. It was very calming. The doctor's assistant arrived within minutes! I was not left sitting in the waiting room trying to convince myself not to panic. He asked me how I was feeling. And, let me offer some advice, be honest with them. I was. I could barely speak. My hands were shaking. The sight of the dental chair increased my heart rate. But the same music in the lobby echoed in this room. There was a TV on the wall, but it was a peaceful and beautiful slideshow with waterfalls, mountains, and misty forests. The assistant listened to my long list of fears and acknowledged my feelings. He went to get Dr. Misra, who showed up in seconds. Dr. Misra sat down with me. She could see I already had tears streaming down my face. Her voice was soft and calm. She assured me that nothing was going to happen unless I wanted it to happen. She said that she would explain everything to me, and we would make the decisions together. And, even better, she said our main goal was to determine the problem and I may not need any work at all. She talked me through it. Then, I rattled off all my craziness to her...can't lay flat, claustrophobic, and terrified in general. Instead of trying to play devil's advocate and reason me out of my unreasonable anxiety, she acknowledged it. "We won't make you lay back. I will adjust myself and how I work so that you can feel comfortable." Wait? What? Really? "And we don't have to use nitrous oxide - so no mask on your nose." Her calm tone and words started to put me at ease. I felt like she was on my side and we were going to fix this thing together. I felt like I had a friend. As the assistant offered me a tissue and even more compassion, I knew I had found a magical place. Or, perhaps, it found me. Dr. Misra took her time with me. We talked through everything. In the end, I did go through with the root canal retreatment. It was quick, painless, and surprisingly relaxing. The entire time both Dr. Misra and her assistant communicated with me. They asked how I was doing. Did I need a break? How was a feeling? They also told me I was a wonderful patient (which I know was not at all true). If you are like me and confronted with root canal work or retreatment paired with extreme anxiety and fear, stop looking. Do yourself a favor and call them NOW. The office staff are amazing! They even called the next day to check on me. The assistant was a wonderful man who wasn't bothered by my craziness. And Dr. Misra is extremely talented, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She is a gift to the profession and an answered prayer for people like me. The entire office wants your experience to be a positive one. They understand your fear. And they will be the one to gently take your hand and lead you out of that darkness.

I went in for RCT with Dr. Misra-Saupaurn and she was simply phenomenal (as well as her assistant Christian). I was having a horrible pain my ear and jaw due to some dental work from my dentist. She made me feel comfortable (dental work is my worst fear) and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I didn't even feel the root canal procedure and the ear and jaw pain was gone that night. I went back for a follow up and expressed some issues I am still having with the tooth. She ensured me if I don't heal properly within 2 weeks I could come back to her. I will be seeing her this week as I still am having some issues but I am not worried at all due to the great care I received the first time. I feel confident that she will be able to help me with my issues. I strongly recommend seeing her for any endodontic work!

Lovely people, very knowledgeable and understanding of patient with fears. They did a wonderful job of explaining what will happen and what to expect the outcome to be. I would recommend them just for their professionalism and friendly attitude towards a patient with with fears that they did not belittle them but take them into account during procedure. I left feeling on top of the world know I had top notch work done.
