Wendie is the sweet voice you will hear on the phone and will be the first smiling face you see upon arriving at our office. Meeting wonderful people and making a difference in their life is what Wendie feels makes her job worthwhile, and her professional experiences highlight her desire to work with people one on one. Wendie worked for many years as a Paul Mitchell National Corporate Trainer, as well as a teacher at their schools. She spent nearly two decades as a stylist, and has years of experience as a massage therapist, working in various medical offices, and donating her time and talents to many non-profit organizations.

A native of California, Wendie moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2016. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, playing games, spontaneous road trips, continuing her education in all areas, and serving others.

Linda is a Minnesota girl at heart, having been born and raised there. She and her husband relocated to Cassville, MO in August of 2009. Linda joined Dr. Hunters office staff in January of 2010 and was happy that it led to working with Dr. Spears. She enjoys helping patients with their treatment plans, mostly because she gets to talk to almost everyone that comes into the office.

Linda has two sons. One remains in Minnesota with his soon to be wife and Lindas four awesome grand kids. Her other son stayed in Nebraska after serving eight years there in the Air Force. She loves crafts of any kind, especially scroll saw wood working, as well as Ukrainian Easter eggs and embroidery.

Regina began her career in the dental field once she became a graduate of Missouri School for Doctors Assistants in 1991. She spent time working in dental labs, at the front desk and as a Dental Assistant, which she loved to do. In 2001 she became a graduate of St. Louis Forest Park College with an Associates Degree in Science and was licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Her job allows her to provide dental preventive education and oral health care to patients, which she finds very rewarding. After she moved to the Cassville area in 2017 she began working as a temporary fill in at Dr. Hunters office, then moved to full time for Dr. Spears.

Marisol graduated Magna Cum Laude from Neosho High School in 2012. She earned her Associate of Dental Hygiene degree and Bachelor of Health Science from Missouri Southern State University in May 2017. After traveling around the Southwest Missouri area gaining dental hygiene experience and working in Northwest Arkansas she joined Dr. Spears' team in February 2018. Marisol truly enjoys working at Spears Dental where she is able to provide patients with the best dental care while educating them on the importance of oral health. She feels accomplished when patient's oral health improves and when they are happy to come back in to see her.

After attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Dr. Spears received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery upon graduating from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2004. I experienced a very friendly staff that helped calm my "dentist anxiety." Dr. Spears was able to see me before the weekend began to temporarily fixed my cracked tooth. An appointment was made by the accommodating office staff to put a crown on it the next week. The office was very clean and calming. I highly recommend Dr. Spears and his staff. My experience was 5 stars!

I was impressed by the entire staff of Spears Dental. I was running late. They still made time to see me. The moment I stepped in the door, I was treated with care and concern regarding my issues. They were polite and understanding of my desire to smile again. Dr. Spears made time to introduce himself and see me briefly. He was busy with his next client since I was late. It was nice to be a client and not part of a herd of cows, rush them in and rush them out. I recommend Dr Spears dental. They have earned my respect and patronage.

I went in to see Mr.Spears about a painful tooth. He took X-rays and told me I needed a root canal. I had already done my research and decided that was not best for my body so I asked him what other options were. He proceeded to tell me that I should take my "tin foil hat" off. He also told me how terribly I was taking care of my teeth - with no constructive information on how to improve. I brush my teeth twice a day and floss every day. He suggested I just get my back teeth out since they started to decay because I wasn't "taking care of them properly". I expect my dentist to be honest but constructively and he was just downright rude. Months later Ozark Holistic Dentist has repaired my tooth for $350.. saving me hundreds if not thousands on this tooth AND doing what is most healthy for my body. I have no pain and I am respected, my opinions about my body are valued. I received none of this at spears and left feeling terrible and still without a plan to correct my issue. I will not be back and cannot recommend.

My first dental visit since before Covid started. I lost a filling and needed a new dentist. I went to Dr.Spears .I was very nervous about new dentist and a filling. I have to say I quickly relaxed. The whole dental staff was very friendly. DR.spears explained everything completely and began working on my tooth. It was decayed more than we thought but he fixed it. I never felt the numbing shots, he numbed it good, and the finished filling is perfect. I did not have any pain or soreness today at all. I'm impressed!!

Very good Doctor who cares about his patients and he shows that in his work. He was straight up with me about my dental issues and what it's going to take to get me where I want to be.

I try to look at everything positively but sometimes it's just not a possibility. I know times are hard for everyone right now but this dentist's prices are insanely ridiculous. He was knowledgeable but he wasn't very kind and at his prices I would truly expect a little kindness. But again, he is knowledgeable. If that's all you care about then he is most definitely your dentist. Not mine. If I'm going to be spending a bunch of money, you can surely be kind.

Spears Dental made the new process easy. They emailed me the forms to complete beforehand. The forms were Easy for me to fill out and return. The staff confirmed each step they were ready for my visit. The office was very nice and staff greeted me right away. Dr Spears and Abbey were there to fully detail what they could do to help me with my missing teeth. After they did a scan of my mouth, They fully explained the mini implant needed with my smaller jaw structure. I felt all my questions were fully answered with all questions concerning procedure and maintaining my implants with proper care. They detailed the cost which is more than dentures but considering the implants are permanent it is worth the cost.
