Dr hill and his staff were great today for a root canal procedure. Absolutely no pain and no discomfort at all, everything was explained as it was being done and was completed in a timely manner. From check-in to check-out was very professional and the staff was friendly.

Had a root canal by Dr. Edwards . Nothing was explained to me! Had never had one before. Nothing said to me after the procedure. I had to pay $1175. Excruciating pain the next day. I called the office. Casey answered and was rude and told me this is normal. My dentist who I called said it wasn't! She spoke to Edwards. Called back. Refused to see me or give me anything for the pain. Will never go back or Recommend them to anyone!! Have never been treated so poorly.

Thank you Dr. Edwards and Patty! Y'all were the Best! If I had to have a root canal, y'all are the 2 for the job! Such friendly girls at desk!

This happened over a year ago. My dentist sent me to have a root canal. I chose to go to Spartanburg Endodontics because I had been there before and Dr. Hill did my roof canal but the last time I went (over a year ago) to have a root canal, Dr. Edwards broke my top front tooth (incisor). He didn't apologize or say anything except the tooth broke. I still had to pay a small portion of the fee and then have my regular dentist pull the tooth and have a temporary partial made all because of his negligence.

I had to have 3 root canals done. Dr. Hill did all 3 of them. He was very passionate, considerate, and took very good care of my teeth. I was very pleased with the service that I recieved here. Definetley recommend them!

Was referred to William Edwards by my family dentist for a consult on a root canal. Arrived at my appointment, discussed what needed to be done and what my options were. Opted for the procedure. Was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to make several more office visits to have it done. Seems to be the norm with "specialist" these days. I suppose there's good money in scheduling office visits to talk about your next visits for a specialist. However, was informed he could take care of it while I was there and would take about a hour. I expected at least 2 visits. Done an excellent job at letting me know what sounds and smells I would experience next. It was my first root canal, so I did find the very helpful.

I have ZERO pain tolerance and anxiety with even the thought of having to go to the dentist but the pain in my tooth suddenly increased and I to get it fixed fast. Money is tight so I checked around for an afordable Endodontist with good reviews. I searched within a 50 mile radius and I came across this place. I was impressed with the reviews so I gave them a call. They got me in quickly and the staff and Dr. Hill was amazing! He made sure my root canal was as painless as he possibly could. I drove an hour to get there but would drive 3 HOURS if I had to because he is truly the best I have ever been to!

* EDITED TO ADD* @ bottom I went in for a root canal redo. Leaving there he had put my crown on backwards leaving me in excruciating pain every time I bit down. It wasn't until after it fell off & my dentist put it back on the pain somewhat subsided. When I called the office I was made to feel like someone only seeking more pain meds. Unfortunately I went in for the 2nd procedure where I specifically asked them NOT to drill through my temp crown but to remove and replace it. They drilled through and when confronted acted like it was no big deal. They also did not even check my bite. I am leaving there having to go to my dentist and have them adjust my bite when I left someone who had years more of schooling. The entire office is unprofessional & I would not recommend them to anyone. I got home and waited an EXTRA hour before eating soft noodles and my crown immediately fell off. Called office, Bailey or a woman who's name starts with a C I can't even remember bc the lady @ the desk didn't want to give me the for sure assistants name who IGNORED MY REQUEST AS A PAYING PATIENT. So once again for the 2nd time since leaving their office I have to go to my primary dentist and have adjustments made. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. Picture to show how far off bite was off ONLY WHERE THEY FILLED IT

I went here at the recommendation of my regular dentist (along with two other referrals) for a root canal. I chose here because they had the earliest availability and their pricing was the better of the three. The wait time was very short both visits and I was out in less than an hour both times. Each time I left with zero pain and the procedures were painless as well. The first time I did need to get numb but the second time I didn't and everything was fine. The staff is very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr Hill if you're in need of an endodontist.

I was a little sceptical visiting this office after reading the previous review. I'm glad I chose to go because this office was exactly the opposite of what was described. The staff was friendly and the office was extremely clean. The expertise was evident by the work that was performed by Dr. Edwards. It took about an hour for the entire procedure. You won't be disappointed!

I made an appointment two weeks prior. I drove over an hour to get to this Endo because they told me they accepted both of my insurances. I received a message the day before my appointment. They wanted to confirm it. I called back and they were closed. I got there the next day. Its a dirty office. The receptionist was there along with 10 other people in her space. She made me wait even though I was the only one there. She finally asked if I was the next appointment. It wasn't that long however she was just rude. She pulled out some chicken scratch that was written on a piece of torn up paper, and then stapled to more torn paper and told me that I needed to pay over $500 because they did not do what they said they would do over the phone which was bill both of my issurances. This is another skeptical, take your money dental office. They lie to you knowing you have tooth pain. It's a very dirty place as well.
