Wonderful,, Dr Dye and his assistant Kishsawn where great . They both explained to me about my procedure and the process, which I thought was never gonna end . But as it ended I have a beautiful smile now . I talk more and smile a whole lot. They made a dream come true for me . And many thanks to them . I can't ever thank you enough. All the staff where all so helpful and friendly. Always answering questions. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart .

They did work on my tooth it wasn't successful and they said they would call to update on how they can help me with more dental work. Never got a call. It didn't work for me. I came in with dental problems for them to fix and came out with the same dental problems. I'm assuming you having memory issues at this facility. Do you remember I tried contacting you and the wrong kept ringing? Do you remember you said you call me back and didn't? Do you remember I left a message leaving my number and you ignored?

The staff is super friendly! The dentists are gentle and make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire experience. I've had 2 fillings and a root canal and I am very pleased and highly recommend Spartanburg Communitu Dental

Hanna and my doctor Nick did a great job on my cavity and was very kind and made sure I was comfortable through procedure and did the job quickly very happy with the work done.

If this organization hadnt changed their last staff they had, this would be a negative review...been coming here since last year(2020)and dr Prince Moses was here at the time with his beautiful, sweet and patient dental assistant(can't remember her name). They both left and things went down the drain from there. The 2nd Dentist wasnt as friendly, neither were his assistants...i HAD a terrible experience while this particular dentist was here...ALMOST decided to find somewhere else to go...until....i found out new staff was coming. My 1st visit with Dr Dye and his male asst were friendly...so i said to myself, give them a try again...set up appt to come in this 2nd time for fill-ins....but come to find out, i needed a extraction!!!...again...1st one with previous dentist i told you about was horrible...so i was full of anxiety and fear is what I explained to Dr Dye and Shavonna, his dental assistant...they were patient and understanding with me...they gave me gas to calm me down when previous dentist told me they didn't have it...dr. agnew held my hands...just like dr moses dental assistant did( good dentist and assistant whose no longer here) ...shavonna rubbed me to keep me calm...just like dr moses dental assistant did. Dr Dye encouraged me and WAS PATIENT WITH ME...he didn't rush me....he didn't make me feel like i wasnt valued as a patient...he reassured me that he would make it his business to make sure im comfortable and ready...and he did just THAT!!! I heard background music playing while i remrber humming to myself to calm my nerves...Dr Dye, i believe, anticipated that...the shots he had to insert for numbness in my gums wasn't painful nor did i barely feel it...once done, they made sure i was clear from tne gas given me with pure oxygen to bring me back to normal and i had to LITERALLY THANK THEM REPEATEDLY for the customer service rendered...long review but NEEDED to share these details in why im still here attending this non-profit organization....thanks Dr Dye, Shavona, and Dr Agnew....!!!!

For your own health and safety do not go here!! The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional. I walked up to the front desk to find the office assistant sleeping at her chair and I had to tap on the glass to wake her up. I was then taken back by the dentist assistant who brought me into the X-ray room. I explained to him that I already had my x-rays done and sent them in 2 weeks ago when I made the appointment. he was also referring to information on another patient's chart and I had to explain to him that he was looking at the wrong chart. When the dentist came in to see me he put gloves on, felt around in my mouth and then proceeded to type on the keyboard and gather things from around the room without taking the gloves off. He told me I could then schedule an appointment for my surgery and I explained that I already did. When he checked the date and time for my appointment for the following week he told me that whomever took my appointment down did not account for the time that would be needed and explained that the entire staff had just been turned over and many of them we're still going through training. I gathered my things and walked out. The staff is very unequipped, unprepared and unprofessional. Steer clear of this office!! Nightmare experience!!

They're really helpful here. Went in for a chipped filling, the doctor was great. They didn't give me the run around, he was to the point and very understanding of my financial situation. Had to get a root canal and they did a great job. No complications. I would highly recommend if you have a dental emergency and have low income.

I'm currently in the process of going from 32 rotten teeth in my mouth, to a brand new smile. I am currently in a rehabilitation program. Through Access Health, I was able to get an extremely affordable plan. So far, it has been an absolutely enchanting experience. Dr. Omar has been an absolutely thorough and understanding Doctor. He has taken the time to consider my situation and provide me with comfort and ease as the process is beginning. I highly recommend this office, especially if you are in recovery and going through life changes; and in need of affordable and professional services. .

Went there for a few extractions they were very rough with the shots in the top of my mouth after the numb wore off it was extremely painful. They refused to give any effective pain medication and as a result I suffered for a few days after the extractions. This means they believe the bs narrative that giving someone in pain a few 5 mg painkillers will instantly turn them into junkies. Will never return.

This was my first visit. The Staff was Kind, helpful as well as Professional. My Dentist, Dr. Omar was very informative and kind. I was provided thorough information during my assessment. Looking forward to my return visit for work on my teeth, as I was searching for a good affordable dental clinic. Deborah Moore 11/4/20.
