The best dentist and team I have ever worked with. I've been a patient here for almost 5 years and everything from the front desk to the doctor/patient interaction is spectacular. The facility is clean and atmosphere has always been welcoming. They also invest in new technology unlike other practices I've visited which still use equipment from a decade ago to save $ which is understandable but medicine evolves and tools are updating constantly its good to see this location investing in the future.

Dr. Patel is the best dentist in Chicago. All my appointments with her and her staff have gone smoothly, quickly and pain-free. Cannot stress my appreciation for them enough.

As a person who has their teeth cleaned 4x a year (no need to go into why) Molly has retired and I have the pleasure of having Amir be my dental hygienist. I have seen him twice and he is fantastic. He knows due to my defibrillator I can only have hand scaling and is very good at that. I am extremely pleased with Amir and would recommend him and Dr. Patel's office.

EXCELLENT. Just an excellent experience. I was so happy with the quality of care here. It started with scheduling an appointment. I was easily able to communicate via email with the team and schedule my appointment. They even put me on a list and texted me to let me know an earlier appointment time had opened up! I was absolutely elated after the previous poor experience I had with a dentist office. The hygienist was thorough. She cleaned every tooth and was so chatty and easy-going that I felt very comfortable. I felt like the whole care team respected my interests and what concerns I had with my teeth. They also used modern tools, including wands to take images of my teeth. The receptionist was communicative and prompt in getting my insurance through the system. I also scheduled an appointment right away because it was such a good experience. Now, let's see if the billing goes through correctly!

Have been going here for years and never really had a problem. I had some implant work this past year and had sparrow do the crown. They were not upfront with what I was going to owe and never went through my treatment plan. I asked over the phone prior to the operation what I was going to owe and payed it before the operation. They hid the amount expected to covered by insurance. The day after my operation they gave me a bill for 4X the amount. I would not have had any problems had they been up front with the cost of the operation. They should have quoted me the full amount regardless of expected insurance and not 1/5 the price. Sparrow needs to provide worst case cost scenarios to their patients and not assume insurance coverage. This gives the patients the opportunity to investigate coverage, delay surgery, or shop around for another lower cost dentist. Overall extremely disappointed with this dentist after years of providing them my business

Moved here after a bout with several awful dentists--I'm so glad to have found Sparrow! Quick, clean, upfront, and it's the first time I've had a cavity filled where my bite was correct afterwards. They had me in and out in less than an hour each time. Dr. Patel is great.

This was my first time at this office. I was very pleased with their service. The office was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Dr Patel n her assistance Glendaliz were very attentive to make me feel good n calm my nerves. I recommend their services to everyone in need of a dentist.

This whole office is like family... that take really good care of your teeth. Post-COVID visit felt incredibly safe - all logical precautions are being taken. They are our family dentist for life.

Absolutely - The Best ! ! ! - I highly recommend Sparrow Dental. Their staff is very good at what they do, and very knowledgeable. I have the highest regard for Dr Patel, and my dentist, Dr Singhania. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment.

The care at Sparrow is very unique. When I walk in for my cleanings or dental work, I am always greeted with a smile by the lovely ladies in the lobby. The staff is amazing at Sparrow and super professional. I love my dentist office! Dr. Singhania is incredible, she is funny and professional! I am so happy I found this GEM of a dentist office!

I enjoyed my first visit here. They used Ipads for filling out your forms, making the process easy to apply as a new patient. The office is super well decorated and clean and pleasant to hang out in. The front staff was kind and helpful. The hygienist was very thorough and explained her process and insights well. She minimized any discomfort that the process had. Dr. Patel was very kind and helpful as well.
