Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Was great. Then called the Friday prior to prescheduled three month follow up to cancel and only offer to place me on the a cancel list in hopes of maybe rescheduling if something comes up. Looking for another dentist. *add- they called the day before my 6 month appt to cancel and asked if I wanted to be rescheduled with them. No warning or heads up at all. Thankfully closed. Hopefully permanently.

I'm here to share my story. I posted a 5 star review here--that was a lie. This dentistry manipulates people into lying about them here by offering them discounts on their dental service. The truth is they are all worthless and this dentist office may as well be run by the muppets. They have brainless office staff and doctors (Dr flannery) who sits there and brags about his workout routines and shames people for things like having dental anxiety. Cruel, cruel dentists and lying sassy snotty office staff as if that wasn't enough, this office staff can't even use google calendar. Last place you want to go for dental work. I recommend the dentist from little shop of horrors before this freak show.

Sparks Marina Dentistry cancelled my appointment a week before the scheduled time on July 27th. They wanted to reschedule sometime in September. I called them back to let them know that this was not going to work out because I lost my insurance at the end of July because I quit my job that month. They were unable to work me in, so I'm left without my routine service. I will have to find another dentistry that can accommodate.

I had an appointment on June 21st at 4pm. I had gotten reminders on the app and text messages. I arrived at the office at 3:45pm and the doors were locked. I called and told them my situation and I was put on hold. I was hung up on and never got any word back.

Terrible dentistry practice, and peaking in unprofessional attitude . Needed to get release forms signed with constant emails over two months and no response. I was asked to come to the office after speaking to one of the staff members, heather. I showed up at 4:30ish and the office was closed and locked. Tried calling them and no answer when they clearly said they were open until 5 that very same morning.

ABANDON SHIP, advice from a long time customer. Sparks marina dentistry has completely fallen apart over the past six months and turned into what I can only describe as a disaster. From what I can gather from the other reviews it is probably some type of staffing issue. I had an appointment in May that they cancelled on me with no notification. Not the end of the world, I'm an understanding guy. The new appointment was for today. Understanding their recent issues I called ahead of my appointment this morning and spoke to an Ethan, who confirmed who I was, my contact information, my appointment and insurance on file. I show up to the location and the employee behind the counter said I do not have an appointment and didn't know who Ethan is. He literally just say there looking confused offering no assistance. I double check my call log to make sure I called the right business and I had. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they are using a third party service to assist with scheduling but the office location and the can center have no communication. Or they have no actually availability but do not want to loose customers so they try to lead people on. Whoever owns this place I sincerely suggest you fix whatever is going on other wise I wouldn't be surprised to see this place go out of business.

STAY AWAY from these people. They have to import dentists...they constantly reschedule...they don't even try to accommodate the patients needs. The girls at the desk are either ill informed, or they don't care. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. And, they bombard you with reminders of your appointment. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Avoid! I've been rescheduled more than I'd like, I'm here for my appointment now that I received several reminders for and confirmed. The doors are locked and no one is answering the phones. Terrible customer service. They could have let me know before I found a babysitter and everything to make the appointment.

I been going here for a few years and it's been downhill. Don't remember any doctors names but when I had my wisdom teeth done they were great now I feel like they are rotating out physicians so much you're in and out and I don't feel confident moving forward with them to do major work.

This office failed to verify insurance and failed to call my husband before his appointment to verify it. Didn't even offer to verify the insurance right then and there. Just to send him out of the office wasting sick time from his job. I called for my husband to verify insurance and do their job for them. This took no more than 20 minutes. It took longer for them to receive the email of benefits from insurance. Front desk staff are the laziest workers at this office. Their attitude and tone needs to change. Unacceptable.

This office allowed me to schedule an apt for May 9th even though their office was closed. A received a call from corporate 2 days prior to my apt saying that it was canceled with no explanation or attempt to reschedule. I called back and found out the office was closed and would not be open again until June. I scheduled an apt for June 13th and received confirmation. Today I called again to see if they had any earlier appointments as I have a toothache and found out that I did not have an apt for June 13th because their office will be closed. Had I not called, I would not have known. I explained my frustration to the office manager and was met with attitude and "not my problem" demeanor. My husband also had his appointment canceled on him with notification 1 day prior to his apt. I have been going to this office for 5 years with little to no issues but the last 6 months the office has gone downhill. Do not recommend.

Dr. Flannery is great. Sadly you have to deal with nasty attitude from the OFFICE MANAGER Crystal.

Don't go here!!!! This place is a waste time. Very unprofessional staff and worst of all the dentists themselves are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have a system the is as worthless as they are. Again don't go here if you want to be treated with respect. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appt and they turned me away because because the dentist did not have time for me according to her.

RUDE MANAGER. I cannot believe that kind of attitude still exists. My wife scheduled an appointment online and they called on the day of appointment that they have messed up and they have no availabilities. So we patiently asked them to reschedule the appointment. They gave us another appointment few days later. When we showed up for the second appointment, the manager said they are behind their schedule and the have already canceled the appointment without contacting us. When I argued with her she became so rude with unacceptable attitudes. I don't know where these people got their attitudes from, but obviously your office does not exist, without patients like us. Avoid wasting your time here.

Everyone Here is very nice and understanding I will give Coleman at the front desk 10 stars & my rock through all of this as well as 1,000 emails later. Coleman has been awesome. Everything here as beyond my expectations & in my case life saving. So thank you all, Lyssa

In November of 2021, the staff here are amazing and caring about the patients! Make everyone feel listened to and understood! I would recommend this location to anyone who may fear dentist work and who may be unsure of how certain dental procedures will pan out. They put a clear cut path as far as what will take place for your progress needed to achieve. I want to thank Rosa and Coleman, and the head Dentist there! I am satisfied with the work done and I feel content and happy to just get the work done in a timely fashion. God bless these people they are miracle workers just like all the 1st responders who are helping people through these hard pandemic times, amen!
