Dr. Lewis earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mississippi. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, as well as her Certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Lewis was accepted into a two year pediatric dental residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and received a Master of Science in Dentistry. There, Dr. Lewis received the specialized training and advanced education required to treat children of all ages and with special needs.

Dr. Miller grew up in a small town in North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from High Point University in High Point, North Carolina. After completing her undergraduate studies, she attended Virginia Commonwealth Universitys dental school where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Directly after obtaining her dental degree, she pursued her certificate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Go Gators! In her free time, she likes going for runs and trying new restaurants. Dr. Miller is looking forward to brightening tiny smiles all over Richmond!
Dr. Kristin Robertson received her Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. She discovered and fostered her interest in dentistry by working throughout high school and college as a dental assistant for her childhood family dentist. She loved the idea of a dental home that allowed the dentist to get to know a patient and family throughout the years.
During her time at VCU, Dr. Robertson volunteered her time with multiple philanthropic organizations, including Mission of Mercy, Give Kids A Smile, and Project Homeless Connect. After dental school, Dr. Robertson worked as a general practitioner in a public health setting with a focus on treating pediatric patients. She realized her true passion for dentistry lied with treating children. After 5 years of living in South Carolina, Dr. Robertson was very excited about her familys return to Richmond, Virginia, and her joining the team at Sparkle Pediatric Dentistry. She looks forward every day to create lasting relationships with the patients and their families while making a difference through oral health education and comfortable dental treatment.
Dr. Steadman grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her undergraduate studies. During her time at VCU, she served as president of the VCU Dental Club and actively volunteered around the state of Virginia with the Missions of Mercy Projects. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from VCU School of Dentistry. After dental school, she attended a two-year General Practice Residency at a local hospital and received extensive training treating patients of all ages and patients with special needs in an operating room setting. When Dr. Steadman is not practicing dentistry, she loves reading, running, and spending time with her husband and dog Peanut.
Dr. Jennifer Wheeler is originally from Northern Virginia but has been a Richmond resident for over a decade. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her undergraduate and doctorate studies.
She has served as a volunteer for Give Kids A Smile Day for over 7 years and has also been a member on planning committee for the Richmond Dental Societys biggest fundraiser event that helps fund Give Kids A Smile Day.
Dr. Wheeler is committed to the success of todays youth in and outside of dentistry. She volunteered for Chapel Hill Activities and Tutoring and Carver Elementary Schools after school tutoring program throughout her college years.
Dr. Wheeler has been a multi-time volunteer dentist serving the dental needs of children and adults of Jamaica. She has also volunteered her time and skills to provide free dental care to school aged children in the western villages of Belize.
Dr. Anjali Soni grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Business Minor from Villanova University. She then completed her dental training at VCU School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Soni moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to pursue a two-year postdoctoral residency in pediatric dentistry at St. Christophers Hospital for Children. During residency she received extensive training in treating medically complex patients, children and adolescents with special health care needs, and sedation and hospital dentistry. Dr. Soni is dedicated to providing compassionate dental care for children in a safe and fun environment!
Dr. Soni is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Richmond Association of Women Dentists. During her time in dental school she was involved in a mission trip to Honduras, where she served and cared for children in rural communities, and practiced her Spanish speaking skills!
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Soni enjoys spending time with her husband Suraj, a Richmond native currently training as a Cardiologist. They enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends!
My name is Alyssa Kelley and I graduated Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting in 2010. I than started working in Pediatric Dentistry in Pennsylvania. I took a few years off after having my son Blake. My husband, son and 2 doggies moved to Virginia in 2017. I started working at Sparkle Pediatric Dentistry in 2018. I have been working here since and love it so much! While Im not working I love spending time with family and friends! I love interior decorating, going to the beach and taking walks with my family and dogs. I am so happy I chose this career path and I love working for Dr. Lewis so much! The Sparkle Team is like family!
My name is Crystal Dunnavant. I am a Dental assistant at Sparkle. I recently graduated from the Sparkle Pediatric School of Dentistry. I am learning more and more, everyday from my wonderful Co-workers. I am a mother fo anamazing eight year old son, who brings me so much joy. I love working with children and take pride in teaching them about great Oral hygiene. I am very excited about my future in Dental assisting.

Dr Lewis consistently goes above and beyond for her patients! She really does treat them like she would her own children. She personally went out of her way to reach out to a specialist to make sure my son got the care he needed, and to make sure she found someone who would even accept my insurance! I cannot think her and her team enough for the excellent care that they provide their patients!!

We've been bringing our children to Sparkle Dentistry for years. Dr. Lewis and the staff are efficient, caring, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They make going to the dentist fun!

My kids always have a great experience at Sparkle. The staff from arrival to check-out are helpful and inviting. The assistants take their time and are patient with both of my rather hesitant kids. They love the TVs during cleanings and prizes at the end!

If they suggest multiple extractions for your child, I would get a second opinion. Extractions are easy money to be made at any dental office and I've spoken with multiple mom's that had Dr Lewis say they needed to extract their child's teeth so they come in straight. False. I suggest doing a bit of research before having any dental work here beside a cleaning. I never see the same assistants always a new face and never seeing the same person besides the Drs an front desk folks is kinda odd for a "good" place like this.

Dr. Soni, Dr. Lewis and the team at Sparkle are amazing!! As a parent, I was uneasy about my elder daughter's extractions and younger one's first time cleaning. They addressed all my concerns prior the procedure, were professional throughout and kept me updated as they progressed. Most importantly the kids really enjoyed their visit to the dentist and we'll be coming back to Sparkle! Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lewis and her staff. They are so accommodating, extremely skilled in their craft and most importantly, comforting to both of my children. The office is a safe space, super clean, and (dare I say it) FUN! Both kids love going to the office and seeing Dr. Lewis. I could go on and on.. but if you've ever had a bad experience with a dentist, jump ship and come to Dr. Lewis! You will not be disappointed. We love you Dr. Lewis!

Great spot for kids! Our hygienist and dentist were very friendly and helpful and the office was very welcoming and clean. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gentle, soothing experience for your child. My 19 month old throws a fit about brushing his teeth at home. At Sparkle, because of how well the staff knows how to approach and engage with the kiddos (and maybe the Cocomelon playing on the TV in the ceiling), he was happy as a clam! Their registration and online forms are very easy to fill out prior to the first appointment.

The doctor and nurse that took care of my dental appointments were very patient, understanding, and polite. Especially when they had to numb my gum area with the needle, which I was very nervous about. They comforted me and were very calm, which helped me to relax a bit. The doctor and nurse also answered all of my questions and listened to all the concerns I had. My siblings had dental appointments here as well, so I recommend Sparkle Pediatric Dentistry of Henrico to all ages.

The Dr. & nurse provided great service!! They explained everything in detail & answered all questions before I even had to ask. They made my child feel very comfortable and safe. Alyssa at the front desk seems as though she may have been there too long most days by her abruptness at times, but if you can get past that then it's SO WORTH IT!!
