Dr. Patel graduated at the top of his class at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York, then did his postgraduate studies there in endodontics, the field of dentistry which includes root canal treatments and addresses dental injuries in order to preserve your natural teeth.
Dr. Patel began practicing dentistry in 1979 as a specialist in endodontics. In 1994, he expanded his practice to become a full-service dental facility, offering general dentistry services and all specialties under one roof at Sparkle Dental.
From the beginning, Dr. Patels approach to dentistry has been to give each patient personalized, individual treatment geared towards improving their dental health. Each person has their own specific dental issues which need to be addressed and Dr. Patel has assembled a staff of specialists that can help patients with any type of dental issue they are experiencing.

Dr. Amrita Patel graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and completed her residency in general dentistry at the Nassau University Medical Center, a State University of New York at Stony Brook-affiliated hospital. It's been second time I am having an issue with a person at front desk. I am receiving a very confusing text message at 6pm about my appointment at 9pm?.They don't even work during these hours. I been calling them all day and next day getting a very rude person again. This is happening when you buy a package from Sparkle Dental and your are being mistreated by people working at front desk.

Hygienist was kind and skillful. Dr. Patel had poor bed-side manner during my first visit (I had to go out of my way to ask her to introduce herself and her slightly irate tone of voice made me uncomfortable; I can let this go once because I can empathize with an occasional bad day). What frustrated me most about this office is that I needed to chase administrative staff to ensure the office would do what it is supposed to do without being asked: fulfill a request for a copy of x-rays in a timely manner and assist with completing a dental claim form for the visit. I have given up on the latter because the bill was not large enough to warrant following up with their staff. The only plus about this office is that their appointment schedule is not backlogged for months as you will see at more popular dental offices; this is convenient if you have to cancel an appointment with your usual dentist and have trouble re-scheduling due to limited availability.

This office is very unprofessional and does shoddy work. I paid this office to put in two crowns for my mother in 2018. This year both crowns fell off. My mother told them she was in the hospital when one fell off. They claim it is not there fault and that the crowns came off and refuse to replace them. They are not honest when questioned why a crown would fall off within 5 years when most crown stay on for over 50 years with out any problem, they claim the crowns came off when mother was in hospital and the doctors use force to pull the tubes out of her throat. My mother was never incubated, no tubes were put in her throat. They heard the word hospital and concocted a story in order not to be accountable for their shoddy dentistry work. It's one thing to say you don't want to replace the crowns, but their dishonesty says a lot about their practice.

My semiannual dental cleaning went exceptionally well here at Sparkle Dental. I was attended by Lou who throughout the visit was careful and made sure I was communicating with her. Walking in I checked in with the wonderful April who also helped make my next appointment before walking out. If you're someone who forgets their appointments make sure to have them give you a card, but either way they make sure to text you prior to your visit. Look for toward my next visit!

I went to clean my teeth today i have a 3:30 appointment but i was call in to come in earlier i was so happy there's always a good team in that office the dentist cleaning my teeth is very knowledgeable i would recommend anyone to go there to meet this excellent team thumb up to Sparkle Dental.

This place tried to charge me $3000 for a root canal. I went somewhere else and they're way cheaper. Always get a second opinion because you never know !

Best dental visit everrrr, i will recommend to my mom who is very sensitive to pain. I literally felt nothing. I wanted to fall a sleep but i had to keep my mouth open lol. The staff was super friendly and informative
