When I first came here my review of course was 5 stars but now if I could give 0 I would. No one ever and I mean EVER answers the phone after being on hold for 30 minutes it is really ridiculous. I also mentioned to them that I was moving so I wouldn't be doing anymore visits, so one of the staff I talked to told me I only had to make my last payment and then I would fill out a form to transfer to a new orthodontist. After this the team still proceeded to make appointments for me when I told them not to. I have called multiple times to get this handle and no one answers. I am now backed up on multiple payments because someone from their staff telling me the wrong information. I may have been a few days behind on my payments, but never months. I am not pleased with this company at all. It feels like they only care when you're dropping more money on them. I have not been able to get in contact with any staff for months. When I call the people back there's never an answer from the person that so called left a message. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Please DO NOT waste your time coming here the service is terrible and they do not care at all! And as I am writing this I am still on hold.

They're phone system sucks.. you can't call to make appts bc they don't answer their phones. Been on hold already 10 x trying to get someone on the phone. And still nothing .. And they only have 2 options.. 1 and 5. So they need a BETTER phone system.

I have been happy with the care my son has received for the couple years he has had his braces, but now I have been calling and calling for weeks with no answer. I see other reviews and the response is that they're updating their phone system, but what good does that do if noone can get a hold of you at all for so long? My son should be preparing to get his braces off, but I can't even get him in the office. We went here because we heard such great things, but lately, this has been unacceptable

Would it kill their employees if they answered the phone once. They never answer the phone. At this point I'm wondering if anyone actually works there. It's actually ridiculous

They are only concerned about getting new clients. Getting an appointment is a joke. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule it takes two months for next available appointment. Two months of wearing the braces with no progress being made. If the doctor says "we will see you in 8 weeks" the front desk will book 10 weeks out because there are no appointments available. This is just making the treatment excruciating slow. They obviously have too many patients and can't keep up with the demand. And when I complained about not being able to get in when the doctor told us to come back, a second receptionist took over and found an earlier appointment. They are like dealing with robots.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have called on MULTIPLE times and nobody has EVER picked up my phone call. I have been on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up after getting frustrated for being on hold for so long and not hearing 1 humans voice other than a recording. I am calling as a new patient needing an appointment for my son and very frustrating when you can not get a hold of a person to make a consult appointment. Very unprofessional and lazy.

My treatment was completed. The doctors that used to see me weren't there on my last day the one that removed my braces try to trim the border of my teeth not a good job and i still have glue on them and this was a while ago. Plus I called to remove the lifetime retainer program I paid for because I'm not going to use it and as they said is not posible to remove so I just wasted $800. Very disappointed

I'll just say WOW. I had the best and upmost exceptional experience. My tooth fairy was Dr. Destiny....she took care of my smile from day 1 upto today when my braces finally came off. (1yr and 3 months)The girls at the front desk always very courteous even with the social distance guidelines. They were top notch. The financial department was beyond professional, never had any issues or hiccups with my bank account. I paid 100% out of pocket but they offered me a perfect payment arrangement. Why I'm I giving them 10 because they are the best. I drove every 8 weeks over 2 hours just to be in the best care. SPARKS Ortho Bethlehem is the best....You guys Rock!!!!!!

Called prior to going and was told that they could fix my permanent retainer. After three weeks of waiting to schedule an actual appointment I went. When I got there I waited a half hour just be sat in an office. Never was told this was going to happen I was told it was just going to be an appointment to fix them or I wouldn't have gone at all. (Everyone's always after more money than what it actually is). Waited another half hour after in that said office for them to examine my teeth and whole time try to come up with reasons as to why it couldn't be fixed. Hinted at fixing my teeth (spend more money) after I was told I have beautiful teeth. I would not recommend at all they just want more money instead of just fixing the initial problem that I had already called about.

This place is the absolute worst. Poor service and the quality is even worse. It is like a factory for braces. I regret bringing my son there and would never recommend this place to anyone.
