Please do not go to this business they overcharged and ruin your teeth you'll be seeing her all the time she does poor work so you can come back and have more done I had a root canal placed in 2018 it fell out literally in 2022 after she completed work on the teeth right next to it and stated that I would then have to get a implant it went from a filling to a root canal to implant and I told her she made the older one lose she just looked at the xray never actually check my teeth that cemented the crown the the next crown popped off a week later please save your time and money don't be a victim

Really great friendly people. Very Welcoming and caring. This is the spot to come to great atmosphere cool, calm and collect. Constantly making sure you're ok with anything. Definitely will be there at my next appointment.

It was an amazing visit. The doctor was Nice and answered all of my questions. The doctors assistant was the best we talked while she cleaned and was fast. This is my first time to a adult dental office since being released from a kids office. Most definitely recommend this dental office you won't be disappointed.

The service at Spa Dental is always top notch. All of the staff are personable and friendly, most especially, Dr. Monica Jones. It's a very comfortable environment to have any and all dental work done. I continue to be a satisfied patient after 13 years.

She told me to pull my four bottom teeth and get dentures. Found out that I never needed them. I have insurance,yet I had to pay crazy prices. Went to Aspen dentist and they saved my teeth.

I wasn't going to write a review but its been over 6mo and I'm still upset with the service that was provided at this practice. I came in for a cleaning and the dentist Dr. Jones did a horrible job, I felt as if it was rushed and my teeth still had build up behind my permanent retainer. I went back for her for to relearn my teeth and told her my concern and she responded and I quote "I dont like cleaning behind retainers." To be honest what you like and what your job is and the purpose of your job needed to be complete, your preference is not my concern. The back office staff had the nerve to ask me why I came back if I wasn't happy with the service,. I explained that I can back for the service I originally paid for to be done properly as it should have been done the first time... weeks before Dr. Jones refilled a filling that fell out and I still feel pain and have terrible headaches, I was told they would go away and havent.. DONT GO! The service is horrible! The wait time is the worst!

I've been a patron of Spa Dental for over 15 years and I hope to ge with them for many more. I am always greeted by the staff in a friendly manner and Dr. Jones provides clear information about any treatment requirements so I can make informed decisions. If you are looking for professional and caring dental care I highly recommend Spa Dental.

I will never go anywhere else but here. The staff is really amazing they really treat you as family. I told them about my fears of coming to the dentist and the experience and the service I received was 2nd to none. These lady's are the best.WOOT WOOT

Beautiful comforting atmosphere. Dr. Jones answered all of my questions and concerns and calmed my nerves at the same time. Glad I chose Spa Dental.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone nor will I ever attend again. I visited this office in December 2020 and was told I needed to have teeth removed and new partials made. They took the model and I later had the teeth removed. I didn't pick the denture up until feb and was never told they were there. The dentures didn't fix at all after months of them trying to adjust them no go. When I suggested that the dentures be redone. I was told that I would have to pay for the remake. I had already paid for the original with the help of my insurance and was not going to pay for another set. Again they tried a refit this time the person that made the dentures came for the fitting and took over the process but Spa billed me for the technician visit. Now we are in may and waiting on another set of partials. Stay away from spa dental on Covington Hwy I know I will

Always a great experience when I see Dr. Jones and her awesome staff. Going to the dentist is probably my least favorite thing to do, but Spa Dental is the best! Highly recommended!

Great experience here. Dr. Jones got to me pretty quickly and did an excellent job with my cleaning; got me out in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them!
