Love the staff here! Shelia is the best hygienist. She is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Wang is the sweetest! She's honest and patient. 10/10 recommend.

i went there on the 3 and they was wanting to do all this stuff to me. and when i try to call them to get my x-ray sent to another dentist they wouldn't even answer the phone. or call u back they are not a great place to go

Came in for appt & asked to use the restroom. it was out of order. Told to walk to food lion. I couldnt wait so left and called to resked. Didn't because didn't know when toilets fixed, "could be month" receptionist said. Rent a portable potty then. Shopping, unfortunately, for new dentist. Pity, dr wang is nice and been coming three years.

Dr. Wang is a very good dentist. Had 3 visits with her. Had x-rays. Appointment was on time. No waiting. I had 3 fillings. With no waiting time in office. Dr Wang is very nice. And knows what she is doing. Very nice and efficient.Very good Dentist.

I had an appointment today as a new patient. It was for a cleaning and routine checkup. My appointment was for 11:45 and I was asked to come in 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary new patient paperwork. I arrived 25 minuted early at 11:20. I received the paperwork and completed it. I sat there waiting and finally at 12:05 I was told that I would be taken as soon as the previous patient came out. That patient - my wife - came out at 12:07. I sat there until 12:28 and decided it was long enough. I am a new patient and someone can't even have the courtesy to come out and explain why I have now waited longer than an hour to get a cleaning. I knew I could sit there 5 more minutes or even 30, how would I know?. I didn't know. I didn't know why I wasn't called back when the previous patient left. People, it's tiring that we pay money to be inconvenienced and then can't get the courtesy of an explanation. It's sickening. Raise your standards and stop accepting this behavior. As you can read below, their response was to blame COVID and the need to clean. They really didn't think this through very well when they responded with this falsehood. If that were in fact true and this was a procedure they adopted due to Covid, then why would they also not put some time between appointment so as not to inconvenience the patients? I'll tell you why. It's untrue. It would take 60 seconds to spray a chair and wipe it down. The previous patient only sat in that chair. Certainly they wouldn't use the same instruments on me. Their response should make you consider. I should have been apologized to, not given a lame excuse.

I can't believe I'm about to type this, but I can't wait to go back to the dentist! It wasn't just a pleasant experience, it was fun. It was my toddler son's very first visit to a dentist and my first time in way too long. They were so good with my son he will definitely be excited to go to the dentist in the future. This is the first time I have ever visited a female dentist and I got to say I don't know if it's because she's a woman or just because she's amazing, but wow! The whole staff is amazing. But this is the first time I've sat in a dentist chair and had the doctor be so aware of my comfort and emotional state. She checked in with me regularly, let me know what was going on every step of the way, and it was obvious that she was going to make sure I was happy and comfortable before I left. All the thumbs up! And bonus points for the hygienist that had the most amazing energy. I woke up grumpy, I went to the dentist, and left in a fantastic mood.

I just left here and they were great. I'm in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and they were very cautious with me in regards to xrays and the work that I needed done which I appreciated so much. Dr. Wang is very open and communicates with you on what's going on. Great place to go.

I've been a patent here for about 15 years. Dr.judkin and his staff were very professional and helpful. Dr.wang has continued that. I've never had a bad experience here.

Dr.Wang is an awsome dentist.She makes the procedures more comfortable.She takes her time with me.She is talks to me to make sure im ok.The staff is extra nice too.And the secretary at front desk is soo welcoming when u first walk in door.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST N HER STAFF
