Dr. Scroggins is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the University of Alabama Dental School in Birmingham, Alabama. He practiced general dentistry in the Birmingham area for three years before his Internship at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
Dr. Scroggins moved to the Roanoke area in 2014 and has come to really enjoy the mountains and beautiful scenery in the area. He met his wife, Verina, while at BYU, and they have eight children. They currently live outside Daleville in Botetourt County. When not keeping up with his children, he is involved with church activities and has helped organize church service trips to clean up damage in states affected by hurricanes and tornadoes. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, disc golf, skiing, and college football. He looks forward to meeting new patients daily in his practice and working to exceed their expectations.

Staff friendly and efficient. I was comfortable in just a few minutes. Dr scroggins is gentle and answered all questions before procedure. Nice office too!

The whole process was nice. I needed pre-meds, Dr. ordered me pre-meds. The appointments were timely, the offices were nicely set-up, office help & the dentist called. Very good customer service. I would go to them again.

Everyone was very courteous well maybe not one person however everyone was efficient and explain things. If you got to go to an oral surgeon it's not a bad place to go.

Dr Scroggins took excellent care of my daughter when she had her wisdom teeth removed. The surgery didn't take long at all, they made sure her prescriptions were called in before we left the office, and he called later in the evening to check on her. Definitely grateful to have such a wonderful team taking care of her!

The office was very clean. All the employees were very nice. Dr Scroggins was very patient and took the time to answer any questions I had. My experience was very good and I have high anxiety when it comes to dentistry work. I'm just sad they won't be taking MetLife insurance anymore so I won't be able to use them in the future. I do recommend for anyone though.

Great place! My youngest had to have 2 teeth pulled and she was terrified of the dentist but they made her feel so welcomed and relaxed she didn't even care she was there. They got the job done fast and did a great job. I recommend them to everyone
