Great office and awesome staff! They were able to get my mom in right away and not only helped her get referred but also got her scheduled with the specialist needed. I wasn't able to go with my parents to translate but Andrea the manager assisted my spanish speaking parents and made sure they understood any treatment needed. Thank you Dr. Chittajallu!

Southwest Smiles is AMAZING! I was looking for a new dentist and a friend of mine at work recommended Southwest Smiles. I am so glad he did! EVERYONE who works there are awesome. Dr. C is everything a dentist should be! She is extremely kind, caring, accommodating, and truly cares about the health and well being of her patients. She has such a calming way about her. She instantly put me at ease and I am excited about her making my teeth healthy and beautiful. Jennifer and Andrea are amazing as well! Like I said, her whole staff is amazing and are passionate about what they do. I have now completed a full dental makeover with Dr. C and couldn't be happier! She did some MAJOR work and now my teeth are healthy and look BEAUTIFUL! Dr. C is a true artist. I just adore her and her whole staff. I literally started crying when I saw the finished product and all her hard work. She has truly given me back my self esteem. Do yourself a favor and visit Dr. C and her staff if you want to make sure your mouth is healthy and beautiful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chittajallu for many years now. She is a very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and an honest Dentist. She never recommends any unnecessary procedures. Her front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. My insurance is not the greatest but they spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the insurance folks explaining and sorting out issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chittajallu and Southwest Smiles for any Dental procedures.

I've been Dr. Chittjallu 's patient since 2011. I've never been more happy with a dentist or dental office. And I did NOT like going to the dentist before. The staff is professional, kind , helpful and friendly. Dr. Chittajallu has done routine, orthodontic treatments and I will never go anywhere else. It's definitely a 5 star.

Very poor customer service experience today. Had already gotten a full dental evaluation done earlier with a full set of X rays done and paid for (insurance/copay). So, not a new patient with this office and positive payment history as well. Even got a root canal done with an endodontist referred by this office. I did not have the HSA card with me while at the endo office and they allowed me to call in next day and give this card number. I was supposed to get prepped for a crown today at Southwest Smiles and the same thing happened. I had forgotten the HSA card and asked for the same option (to call in tomorrow with the right card to charge my copay). The office staff no and said it was their policy to have people prepay estimated amounts which was okay except they had not mentioned this policy in any of 4 emails sent to me prepping me for this visit which they insisted was on the email. I showed them the emails right there and suddenly they would not look at emails and say you can go elsewhere. I asked to talk to Dr. Chittajallu directly and she says there are too many things to write in emails and walks away asking for me to go elsewhere. I could not believe this. A simple case of being able to take a different card today as backup but not charge it and ask that I send the new card quickly after today so the right card is billed would have fixed it and saved everyone time (else I would have to file a separate claim to get money moved from HSA account to other credit card account etc) but clearly they did not want to admit not listing this prepay requirement in email nor did they show any inclination to improve their system for future patients. Just fyi, the other endo office had overestimated my prepayment and I had to then go back after insurance payment to call insurance, HSA account and the endo office multiple times to get the credit back to the right account. So, clearly the old way of insurance being billed/paying the amount first and then the patient paying the remainder would have ensured I paid the right amount once but now we have to deal with the overpayments collected ahead as a prepayment and the hassle of tracking who paid what and dealing with insurance/HSA accounts to get back the credit back. Small change in attitude from doctor and office staff (who clearly are being supported by doctors attitude) would help many people. I was giving them an opportunity to improve their system to help future patients with a reminder that this prepayment is due prior to treatment and still if someone forgets, to give them a chance especially if they have had prior history with the office to call in the right card soon after. Clearly, they were going to get the impression for the crown today and then I was going to come back to get the fully made crown by this office cemented so clearly not running away. The sad thing about this incident/office is they seem only worried about collecting money first. Even talking with a patient is wasted time so not sure they focus much on the actual treatment? Something to think about especially for significant procedures.

I am a recent patient at Southwest Smiles. My experience with that office has been excellent starting from the front desk, to the hygienists & Dr Chittajallu herself. There were no surprises in the cost for dental work & both Dorothy & Andrea were very helpful with insurance & scheduling. Dr Chittajallu was very thorough & her 25 + yrs of experience was very evident. She made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous to get my fillings done . Her dental assistants were very empathetic & very patient with me. Overall it was an A + experience & would highly recommend this dental facility.

Got two run-of-the-mill fillings a couple years ago. One popped out after a couple months, and another broke off this month, leaving me with a $1200 replacement bill. They're not good.
