Dr. Pankratz, a 5280 Top Dentist, began his dental career after leaving the world of Certified Public Accounting. His compassionate nature led him to complete his Specialty Degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.His mission to serve others is the guiding light of his dentistry and patient care. Dr. Pankratz is an active member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. His interests include Huskers football, biking, skiing and spending time with his wife and three boys.

Dr. Matt Goergen grew up in Chicago and went on to study Economics at Illinois Wesleyan University. He then embarked on his dental journey, starting with earning his dental degree from Southern Illinois University and graduating with top honors. He practiced as a general dentist in Colorado for just less than three years before pursuing his passion of orthodontics. He was selected to get his specialty orthodontic certificate and Masters in Science degree from the University of Minnesota, where he also published his research in the prestigious Journal of Anatomy. Dr. Goergen is board certified and has been nominated by his peers as a 5280 Top Dentist.

Dr. Goergen feels fortunate and humbled to be an orthodontist and always seeks to exceed his patients expectations. Dr. Goergen stays active in various professional organizations and study clubs and strives to offer the highest quality, most up-to-date orthodontics as gently as possible in order to provide long-lasting results that enhance the health and appearance of his patients. He takes pride in the relationships he builds with his patients as it allows him to understand their specific needs. His main objective is to provide personalized care that results in optimal dental health and esthetics.

Dr. Jim Urbaniak, the practice founder, has been a dual specialist in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry since 1988. These designations require 4 years of specialty training beyond dental school. Dr. Urbaniak received his Orthodontic specialty degree from the Eastman Institute of Oral Health at the University of Rochester, NY. He obtained his masters degree in Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Biology from Marquette University.

Currently focusing his practice on Orthodontics for Children and Adults, he believes that orthodontics is more than straightening teeth. It is artistry that requires superior quality. Nominated by his peers as a 5280 Top Dentist, Dr. Urbaniak also lectures on various topics related to Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jim loves the outdoors, especially fishing, and enjoys fly tying and cooking for his friends and family.

Dr. Belongea, or Dr. Chad as he prefers, recently relocated to Colorado after 14 years of practicing dentistry in Ohio. Dr. Chad graduated from the Ohio State School of Dentistry in 2001. He has received many prestigious awards, including fellowship awards, from the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Misch International Implant Institute. Additionally, Dr. Chad spends his time away from the practice volunteering his skills to provide dental care both domestically and abroad. When Dr. Chad is not immersed in dentistry, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, volunteering at his church, and skiing. Dr. Chad, his wife Ana, and their three children are thrilled to be here in our beautiful state!
