This is a very unprofessional overly crowded and unorganized location. They don't care about the patients time. I had an appointment for 12pm arrived at 11:30am and didn't get seen until 2pm. I would never recommended anyone to this location unless your willing to clear your whole day just to be seen for 5 min. Worse place ever!

i took my daughter for two cavities when they saw she was resisting a little bit they gave up even though she was given medication already and feeling drowsy place is busy , not so clean and they are rushing everybody, zero approach to smaller kids who are not comfortable going to the dentist never coming back

I took my 6 year old daughter to this office. We were referred from an office in Chicago. She has always been really scared of seeing dentist. But I couldn't be happier with the work the Doctor and assistants did, starting from front of office to the back. I would recommend anyone with kids who are scared and nervous. .

Amazing kid dentist. I was tripping about my kid having to get a lot done. The dentist did amazing, she is so comfortable there

I wanted to love this place so bad because of the reviews but the truth is this place is extremely dirty. Waiting room is not too bad until you see the toys they don't look like they have ever been wiped down. My main concern was the dental assistant she cleaned my daughters teeth and threw the suction down by my daughters legs and the mouth piece was touching the chair and there was not a chair cover. She left the room to grab some sealant for my daughters teeth with the gloves she was wearing to clean my daughters teeth, touched the door handle left the room came back with what I can assume was the same gloves on and continued to work on my child. Room was dirty does not look like it's been swept all week, counter space looked like it wasn't wiped, handles had smudges as if it was not wiped down after last patient. I was too embarrassed to say anything because I didn't want to feel like a Karen but I will never again come here.

Before I came my son was terrified but after his visit he was calm and wanted to come back...very nice team very professional Thank you guys

Can I just start by saying WOW! this office went above my expectations! After getting turned down by previous offices due to my baby only being a few months old. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctor! Wonderful staff! I will highly suggest this office to everyone! My daughter went in as a new patient and I honestly was expecting only a consult/exam but they actually provided us with treatment on her first visit which I'm so grateful for! Keep doing what y'all are doing.

This place was the best place I could take my daughter for oral surgery. I love all the staff and Dr. Mitsos. They were all very comforting and pleasant. Even the Anesthesiologist was completely amazing. She walked me through the process and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. They are very trustworthy. That's why I highly recommend this place. Thank you Southwest pediatrics for taking such good care of her.

The doctor, and staff were patient, and professional. It was the first t ok me that my daughter had laughing gas! Thank you. It was an interesting visit because surprisingly my brother, and his family were out in the lobby waif.

This was my childs first time getting x-rays and the assistant was very patient with her. She cries at the dentist and Dr. Mitsos was very laid back and comforting with her. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He is now my children's new dentist!!!

This office is amazing. Whole staff is quick and efficient. Doctor is absolutely great! My kids love him so much !! And I can't say enough about Mary. She's wonderful with kids and made my daughter so comfortable and relaxed.Front desk is sweet and very polite. I'm beyond happy with them.

My 7 year has had a horrible fear of dentists for 5 years now, but Dr. Mitsos completely changed that with only one visit. Dr. Mitsos was so kind and friendly with us and he helped keep my son calm and relaxed. He didn't even cry. My son loved the balloon sword he was given and now he can't wait to come back. Thank you again.

I made An emergency appointment for my daughter and she was seen the next day. The staff was extremely nice and professional. My 4 year old had an amazing experience. She didn't cry at all. They made sure she was comfortable.

From the moment you enter, you will feel welcomed. Staff are very kind and nice, from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist. Dr.Mitsos was very knowledgeable and smiling all the time giving you and your child a very comfortable feeling while you're there. Thank you a lot! You made my day with your kindness :)
