Dayne R. Jensen, M.D., D.M.D. was born and raised in Utah. As a scholar-athlete, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, while playing football. He then received his first graduate degree in dentistry at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Dr. Jensen graduated Summa Cum Laude and received multiple awards during his time in dental school.
Dr. Jensen began residency and obtained a medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed a total of 5 years of residency in Oral/Maxillofacial and General surgery during this time in Omaha. After completion of residency, he elected to further his training and accepted a position as a fellow in Cosmetic Surgery in Oklahoma City. In addition to his private practice responsibilities, Dr. Jensen serves as a volunteer professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in the department of surgery.
Dr. Brooks is board certified and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He leads many seminars on a variety of topics including, contemporary dental implants, obstructive sleep apnea, maxillofacial trauma and cosmetic facial surgery.
Dr. Brooks travels extensively worldwide to perform life-altering surgeries in rural West African and China. He actively volunteers his time and talents at Good Shepherd Clinic, a free dental clinic in Oklahoma City.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Arrived at 0950 for a 1015 appointment. Got called back at 1059. Waited in back office until noon before doctor came in. I would had been content if someone would had checked on us and explained they were running very late. Now it is 1300 and still waiting for son to be called to actual surgery room to begin what we believe was to start at 1015. Office manager come in and gives an estimate two times the price I was quoted over the phone just 48 hours earlier. They also do not accept cash.

They're amazing! Very friendly, quick n did an amazing job. Also my battery to vehicle died and they were so awesome to give me a jump, they went above and beyond!!!

SUPER CLEAN, EFFICIENT, and FRIENDLY! I was suffering from multiple wisdom teeth pain for months and could not get in ANYWHERE when a dear friend referred me. They got me scheduled almost immediately! From their immaculate facility, to easy check-in, to compassionate, informative release, everything was effortless and comfortable. These ladies work like a well oiled machine with a gift of putting you at ease. Dr. Stanley thoroughly explained my procedure with a genuine one on one consult and made sure I was comfortable before anesthesia. My aftercare was very detailed and the staff followed up to check on me the next afternoon. If you need oral surgery, call SOUTHWEST ORAL SURGERY, they are AMAZING!!

I was very nerves about my appointment today. I only had plans to get two roots removed. I ended up getting three removed. The staff here is wonderful. They made me very comfortable. They took there time with me and I really appreciate that. You truly get what you pay for and I would do it all again. Thank you so much. Southwest oral surgery is the place to go if you have high anxiety like I do they're wonderful.

Robin, Shawna, Echo and Dr. Jensen are now a part of my family... I love these guys. I had the best experience with them both times I had to go there. I am definitely a terrible patient and they were all so nice and had so much patience with me. Keep up the great work guys, I love you all!!!

From the 2 ladies at the front desk, to the nurse that took my x-rays, the 2 nurses that prepped me, the student from Platt college to the Dr. You guys did a awesome job. You made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. I would recommend your facility to anyone. Job well done!!

My daughter had to see an oral surgeon for a little bump on her gum. Dr. Jensen and staff treated her like a princess. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and surpassed any of my expectations. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them. Dr. Jensen was wonderful!!! He even called us after the procedure to check in. We were treated like family.

We drove an hour for our 11am appointment, was told the procedure was a quick ten minutes. But 3 hours after waiting they finally started. Not many people were in the lobby either. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

The staff here is amazing to say the least. I was so nervous and they made me feel comfortable and cared for. They were kind and got me in and out quickly. Everything is clean and that's reassuring in times like these. Highly recommended.

If I was able to give no stars I would...the action from the ladies at the front desk didnt sit to well with me....to refuse service to someone who had accommodation that was ok at first...i will be filing with the BBB
