Had two teeth pulled with very deep roots. Due to past experience at other places who have struggled with the deep roots I walked in with a lot of anxiety. They were very understanding and did an amazing job! I had the teeth out in no time and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Could not have had a better experience. Top Notch!

The experience I had with the wisdom teeth removal was fine. They were patient and professional; I had minimal discomfort post surgery. My only complaint is that I wish they would have communicated the full cost of the procedure more effectively. I was told my payment that was due on the day of the surgery which was in June and then I just received another bill in October for a higher amount than what I had paid initially; when I was under the impression that I had paid the full amount on the day of my appointment. So, their office staff could improve in the area of communication of costs with patients.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the surgeon Melissa was very helpful and informative about the procedure as well so that was cool too. The nurses were wonderful too, specially this one nurse whose name I can't remember because the anesthesia didnt allow me lol, but if she remembers she'll know who she is if she sees this.

This place was amazing!!! I have had so much dental work done and usually can handle most procedures. I needed a tooth pulled that had broke off and for some reason was nervous about it. I was going to be put under, but they said I was unable to because of my meds. However, everything went very well and they talked me through the whole procedure. I sure will recommend them!!! Excellent!

I was so anxious going into my appointment. But all the girls were so calming and reassuring! I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and it was quick and painless

I got three wisdom teeth removed and they were very kind and helpful making sure I understood the process of the removal. I wasn't in any type for discomfort after the surgery and felt better after three days the swelling went down fairly fast took about a day. I would definitely recommend

First of all no one likes going to the dentist or having teeth pulled especially myself. But I have now had my wisdom teeth and two other teeth pulled on separate occasions and the people at south west oral have been absolutely amazing. From quoting my insurance so that I now what it's going to cost me upfront. Too also helping calm my nerves during the pulling process. I recommend this place and there people to anyone in the area. They are truly amazing in your time of pain!

My 16 year old went to them to have his wisdom teeth pulled. They supposedly administered general anesthesia for the procedure however he was fully conscious, awake and alert during the entire process while they pulled four teeth. During the process he was in an immense amount of pain however they kept going ignoring the fact that their general anesthesia was obviously not working. They never gave him any local anesthetic prior or during the procedure and in fact only did so afterwards because of the pain he was in. With his mouth full of equipment he had limited communication however the tears and the obvious anxiety he was under should have been enough reason for these butchers to stop, regroup, and assess the situation. Their complete incompetence, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy doesn't even warrant one star.

Awful place to go to!! All the girls up front are very rude and hateful!! Will never ever go back I would tell anyone that needs work done on your teeth to look for some else

Started off a little rocky with some of the staff which led me to cancelling my surgery at the last minute. However, Dr. Moutray was informed of everything and rectified the situation promptly and made everything extremely easy for me during an extremely stress time for me. ****UPDATE**** These are the best people I have met and experienced in Kansas. Dr.Moutray, Yira, and Mirna we're all AMAZING! Yira was the best nurse and did and great job of calming me down and my procedure went very well!

I went to get all four (4) of my wisdom teeth taken out, and I was nervous about going under anesthesia, because I'm a very anxious and nervous person. It all happened so quick, and all the team members reassured me and made me feel comfortable. They also provided Spanish translators for my mother and that was going far and beyond to be inclusive to the local Spanish speaking community. Hence, I was in and out in less than an hour from start to finish. I walked in, did some paper work, I was called in, my vital signs were checked, the team went over the procedure steps, then I was hooked up to an IV where I received my anesthesia, then I remember falling asleep, then I wake up and it was time for me to go home. Excellent service!!!!!! Highly recommend this business and location for anyone needing their dental needs.

Doctor Melissa Moutray and the staff were super friendly! I have terrible anxiety and they made me feel safe and ready for surgery! They explained everything to me so it wasn't a mystery as to what happens after they put you under. Quick, friendly and very professional

I had all 4 wisdom teeth out with no pain at all! All the swelling went down within 4 days, and I was able to eat regular food by then. Staff and doctors are all wonderful at what they do. Highly recommended!

Dr Moutray was very professional! She explained how the procedure was going to go and was honestly in and out within 10 mins. (Top left wisdom) I'm posting this review two days later and since having it done I've experienced very little to no pain. Can't thank y'all enuff!
