I can't say enough about the entire staff. From the moment I called she asked me some questions and I was able to see them immediately. I had major pain couldn't eat and pain was major. I opted for anesthesia and went in they made me feel super comfortable and they worked together like a clock. Three days later and no wisdom teeth or infection and the pain is minimal. Highly recommend and they are my go to dentist. Thank you to the whole group SOUTHWEST ORAL SURGERY.

Dr Oglander is great! He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Surgery was on Friday, 09/23. He called on a Friday night to check how I was feeling. I called on Saturday evening with not necessarily an urgent question. He called back within 15 minutes and told me not to worry and to call with any questions

Dr.Waite and his entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! I have very bad anxiety. Dr.Waite and Dominique were so caring and explained everything to me that was happening. By the time I had the shots in my mouth to be numb I was a lot more relaxed. It was a very pleasant experience for a tooth extraction! They made me feel Very comfortable and reassured me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I also received a phone call in the evening from Dr.Waite checking in on me to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. This just solidified that he really cares about each of his patients! I will refer anyone needing work done to him ! Wonderful experience, awesome doctor and staff!!!!! Thank you for making this a very easy and painless experience

I showed up to Southwest Oral Surgery in a lot of pain from my dentists office... he called them and they took me right away. My tooth needed to be pulled and the staff went into action. I was very stressed out and filled with anxiety, but the staff helped me right away. Blasted me through my paperwork, got me in the chair and had me numb in no time! The person (younger woman, didn't get her name) and Sammi were amazing, calmed me down a lot and let me know I was going to get help. Dr. Brett (not sure of last name) calmed me down even more, explained every single thing he was going to do and pulled my tooth out with much care. There was another person in the room when my tooth was getting pulled and she was making sure I was comfortable with suction and wiping my mouth. It's never fun going to get something like this done, but I was super happy this office was there, professional, calming and friendly... even the recovery room and check out was pleasant. One more thing, Dr. Brett called me later that night to check on me which was super nice! He was making sure I was ok and if I had any questions, can't thank this office enough... I really hope I don't need this service any time soon, but if I do I will go out of my way to go to Southwest Oral Surgery without a doubt!

I went on Friday to get 18 teeth removed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mariah was the best she was on my surgical team and helped me through some of my anxiety about the procedure. She really made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Hosch, Stacy, Sara, and Debbie, are absolutely INCREDIBLE. I was so insanely nervous to have my wisdom teeth out, but they made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Stacy in particular, is a sweetheart, who genuinely seems to care about patients she interacts with. Dr. Hosch is also the coolest doc I've ever met!! He even talked me through how to preserve my teeth after the procedure. All around an amazing team, and I couldn't be happier I chose them!!!

I've had several teeth pulled at Southwest and they are excellent. Very caring and friendly. And they even squeeze me in when I have an emergency (broken tooth).

I was saved today! I was scheduled at a different locations for a wisdom tooth extraction. When I arrived at the location. The receptionist trashed my appointment for the second time and had no remorse of doing so. Any who Southwest Oral surgery stepped in after I cried from frustration. Anthony Kramer happily stepped in professionally dry my tears and saved the day for me. The office team was AMazing and came highly recommended by Fresh Smile Dentist on Manchester rd. Please call these doctors offices, they are so professional. For sure will be happy.

I recently had a minor procedure completed with Dr. Oglander. While he did great with the surgery what really set him apart was the phone call I received later that evening after surgery. He called to check on how I was doing and offered some additional advice to ensure I remained comfortable and avoid swelling. He seemed to genuinely care how I was healing!

Very Professional. I have bad anxiety and was shaking before the procedure but the dentist and the dentist assistant were very calming and helped me through it all. Procedure went very well.

I was really looking forward to working with Dr.Reti, but unfortunately the office isn't very professional. They claimed I wasn't on his schedule for surgery and before that there was no record of me being seen at that location. The receptionist promised to give me a call back after speaking with the doctor to see when I could be put on but I haven't heard anything. Extremely disappointing.

Dr. Brett H Waite and his team are phenomenal. I'm a very bad dental patient I'm scared to the bone, but this morning Dr. Brett Waite and his team just put out my fear. They took out 3 wisdom's teeth's "0" pain. I came home for lunch mashed potatoes and ice cream. I feel great and happy -Thanks Dr. Brett Waite ....

Dentist Kramer did an OK job, but the billing staff is beyond horrible. To put it simply, they have charged me more than they should have - and demanded payment immediately after the procedure. Once the billing people got around to submitting the claim to my dentist insurance, the contractually-agreed-upon rates show that Southwest Oral Surgery overcharged and I am due money. Well, getting that money back from Southwest Oral Surgery is like pulling teeth. They claim "Your insurance hasn't paid us yet." And I call my insurance who verifies, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they issued a check to Southwest Oral Surgery many weeks ago. In short, the billing department of this place is substandard, unfriendly, rude, unprofessional, ....

Dr. Oglander and the staff were phenomenal. Our 4 year old had to have some baby teeth extracted and they made the whole process extremely painless for us. We felt very prepared and we're never rushed when asking questions and even in the post op for 20 minutes, our daughter was very well taken care of until the second we left. They were very clear about financial obligations prior to the surgery so we knew exactly what to expect the day of. Thank you for the excellent care!
