Went to the surgeon with my girlfriend as her ride and watched as the completely and unethically were negligent and aggressive towards her. AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS.

I just came home from "surgery;" a procedure in which I was supposed to have five teeth removed. I was referred to an oral surgeon specifically because I am incredibly sensitive and anxious during dental procedures so it's best that I be put under. Today, I went in for the surgery and signed a waiver saying that I was going to be put under using IV/Local Anesthetic.The procedure started with them attempting and failing to insert the IV more than five times, eventually (once someone else tried) it was successful. I heard them call for the anesthetic to be administered but I never fell asleep, my eyes still wide open. (I've had my wisdom teeth removed before, and was put to sleep with no issues and woke up at the end of my surgery and it was like no time had passed.) Due to the anesthesia these next few steps are a bit fuzzy but suddenly, they had a bunch of sharp objects in my mouth. I remember pushing them away, because I was trying to let them know I was awake and the anesthesia wasn't working. A few minutes later I was in a different room no longer connected to an IV. A nurse told me I had a violent outburst and was punching the doctors and pushing over the surgical instrument table. I have no memory of this besides pushing them away when I felt them in my mouth. I was extremely confused, emotional and upset at this point. I was not provided any patience, caring or asssitance. Only told to leave on threat of calling the police or having me forcibly removed by security. I left the office STILL EXTREMELY IMPAIRED by the drugs administered and Dr. Jeffery Hagen NEGLECTED to provide ethical and legal care of me while I was under the significant effects of this drug. I WILL be reaching out to a lawyer, to the New Mexico dept of Regulation and to the NM Dental Review Board. I hope these people lose their practice and livelihoods for the trauma and emotional distress they put me through.

Was recommended here by my dentist to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was amazing and super nice and made you feel very comfortable and gave clear instructions.

I'd been advised to have my 2 wisdom teeth removed for the past 25 years and I finally bit the bullet and got it done with Dr. Hagen and his team. I was blown away by my short experience there! From the very unique decor to the friendly and professional staff to the smooth procedure, I could not have asked for a better procedure. Thank you for helping me finally take care of this with such ease. You all are the best! ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

Dr. Hagen was really nice and so was his staff. I went in today for all wisdom teeth removal, I was sedated and I didn't feel a thing, staff even held my hand. The only thing is that his assistants should be more profesional because one of them just slapped on the oxygen without notice. Also after the procedure was done another assistant walked me out to my car, but was trying to make conversation " so do you live near by here? As if I could respond with full anestesia and gazes in my mouth, but overall good experience, def recommend.

Fast, professional and painless. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Very clean and positive environment. I forgot my wallet (photo ID and insurance) and they still got me in with no problems. I'm very happy and highly recommend. Oral surgery for two wisdom teeth took 15 minutes.

Dr. Hagen and the entire staff at Southwest were such a wonderful team! Everyone was so pleasant, friendly, and professional. Dr. Hagen was very concise and kind during our consultation and after. I came in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and they did so in about 30 minutes. The best part is that recovery has been amazing. I did not get a single bruise on my face and barely any swelling or pain, I'd consider it more of a slight discomfort. Even then, I was sent home with antibiotics, an oral rinse, pain relievers, ice pack, and extra gauze. I felt very well taken care of. Thanks again Dr. Hagan and the rest of the team, you were all awesome!

Dr.Ng had my sliding Genioplasty in 2021. I highly recommend him. Im so happy I went with him for my surgery. I love my results. Thank you Dr.Ng.

Dr Hagen and his staff were so patient and gentle with my mom. They actually listened to all concerns and created that trusting and safe environment needed when faced with oral surgery. Her pain level after a broken tooth extraction was minimal and she will be returning for the implant.

My son was referred to this off by his orthodontics for teeth extractions while checking in the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional with me and another patient I was also unable to go back with my son for his procedure he is a minor and I have always been allowed with him at other practices. The only two who were very respectful was the Doctor and the woman who took him back and brought him to me I was told that someone would go over the post procedure instructions with me and no one did. I do not recommend this office and will not go back after this experience.

Called because BlueCross BlueShield lists them as a general dentist, I told who answered that their information is wrong on that providers website, so she could get in touch with them and change it. And she said she was sorry, as I was saying "It's okay it's not your fault, I just wanted to tell you so you can get in touch with them." she just slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. Rude

Highly recommended. I came to get a tooth extraction. Place is clean staff are friendly. Dr.Ng is Amazing. I was extremely nervous due to previous dental work and not being numb fully. Dr.Ng was straight to the point and friendly. He assured i woulf be fine and the shots would be the worst part. I was numb in no time. The procedure it took about 3 minutes. I'm in shock!! Ty again Dr.Ng!!

Dr. Ng performed upper and lower jaw surgery on me a few years ago. I could not be happier with the outcome from the surgery, but also the care I received from Dr. Ng & his staff following the surgery. What an amazing office!!!
