They refused to let me go back with my children... Kids are 5 & 9.... The dentist herself can out and argued me over this. I will not go back or advise anyone to go there. Parents stop letting this happen...

I have always had good luck with this group. Kind, knowledgeable, and understanding care. I get quite nervous at the dentist and feel quite comfortable here. Would highly recommend this practice.

I always enjoy coming here. They are very wonderful people to work with. Listening to my concerns and preferences. Great at explaining and answering any questions I have. We bring the whole family here & this is who I refer everyone to.

My best days are right after a cleaning and check up. I feel on top of the world afterwards. The ladies are always super friendly and very thorough.

My experiences with Southwest Iowa Dental Associates have been nothing less than exceptional! What an outstanding group of professionals! The office/exam rooms are always clean, tidy & inviting. Staff are very personable and kind. Everyone there takes the time to listen to my concerns and are happy to answer all of my questions. I feel like I always have a "voice" in my plan of care and recieve individualized treatment that works best for me. There is no doubt I get the best service when I go in for routine cleanings or other treatments. I highly recommend this office for all your dental work!

Once again Southwest Iowa Dental Associates went above and beyond for our family. My son needed to have work done they did what they could, called to check on him and when he got worse they sent him to get the best help, they set up the appointment for me, sent me the address to go to, and even called to check on him. The people in this office are like family and always treat us like we are their family! Thank you all so much for your help today!

Friendly, kind and truly care about your dental health. They make sure everything is right . I had a tooth extracted and was painless and done in a timely fashion. Thank you for being there for me.

I had to have a tooth removed today. It was really quick and the dentist and staff were beyond amazing. For someone who is scared of the dentist they really put me at ease.

Been going here for a long time now. The staff usually treats me like family and some even know me by name. I've even had my wisdom teeth taken out here and a chipped tooth filled twice. I received a text that I was due for a 6-month cleaning (I usually go during my college breaks) so I made an appointment for Jan 4th at 3pm. I called and made this appointment December 13th, almost a whole month in advance. I remember calling, making the appointment, and telling them my tooth chipped again. I was able to get in a few days before having to go back to college. I went in for my appointment and was told that there was no appointment made for me and that they couldn't make me an appointment until after January 27 (because of insurance reasons.) If this is true, then why did I receive a text that I was overdue for a cleaning and why was I able to make an appointment? I have the phone records and text message. Usually, this kind of thing wouldn't bother me too much. Mistakes happen and I understand. I am mostly disappointed in the way I was treated by the receptionist. She was a younger girl and was extremely condescending to me. She explained the insurance policy and how I can't come until January 27th to me like I was 5 years-old, multiple times. I understand how all of that works and did not need to be spoken to the way I was. She offered no help or apologies. She completely embarrassed me in front of the whole lobby. There are no good words for the way she treated me. Also, I drive from Red Oak, so I wasted a lot of time getting work off and driving for this. Unfortunately, this experience will lead to me bring my business elsewhere.

I needed a tooth pulled and they got me in that day to take care of it great place and great people I would recommend them they were very nice and concerned about my comfort there awesome place and I'm not much for the dentist

I have bad tooth ache but because I only have Medicaid they wont help me that is wrong

Awful place. My father went there today for an emergency tooth ache and did nothing but leave him there with a swollen cheek.

This is a wonderful dental practice! My children were shown so much patience and kindness. As a mom, I am so grateful to the staff for going above and beyond to give my sons the best experience possible. I really can not say enough good things about this dental practice!
