I received my permanent crown today and I love it. In the future I will be getting 3 more crowns for my front teeth next year because of my insurance. They are so caring and I finally look forward to going to the dentist.

My experience with Dr. Michael Carr, and his staff was professional, pleasant, and personable. In other words, my Customer Service experience was friendly and helpful, throughout the entire appointment. I look forward to my next appointment. Nothing has changed from my first review.

It's not Mathew Cook. It's Felix Lane. Friday I broke a tooth. My Dentist was not available. I called this office told them what had happened. Told me they did not have a opening untill the 26th of this Month. Luckily my Dentist called me back it was taken off.

I'm still gonna rate them 5 stars because of the service from the nurse and Dr. Carr. However the receptionist needs to be more friendly. She didn't greet us and she never smiled. We waited at the window about 3 or 4 mins before she said anything to us. This was my 3 year old first visit so I didn't want her to be afraid. Overall I liked the dental hygienist and Dr. Carr so I will be back.
