Excellent Dentist and Staff! I went in for teeth cleaning and had x-rays done as well. From the moment I walked in, I felt it would go well! Beautiful, clean office with pleasant and friendly staff. My Hygienist was professional, caring and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided a wealth of information! You could tell he had been doing his job for many years (Not a Newbie)! He was gentle, yet thorough. My dentist was great as well! So glad I found my Lifetime Dental office! They really earned my 5 Star Review! Thank you Southwest Family Dental!

Was recommended by a friend. Everyone at the office is great, they are friendly and professional. I love Dr. Wen Liao she is sweet and very patient and does great work! Definitely recommend to to anyone looking for a dentist here in town

The woman at the front was very friendly and the dental staff were amazing with my 3 year old. They were so patient and included him in what they were doing. His favorite part was Bo and Ava the emotional support animals on staff, who also helped make his visit go smoothly and were so gentle and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Wonderful staff!! Thank you for making our first visit amazing. They are very patient and full of information. It was our first time as family going to a dentist in Las Cruces, NM and my son agrees we wont be going anywhere else! We absolutely love them! Thank you for not being judgemental and being kind! Watch out for these people!!!! They informed me I needed teeth extracted and upon second opinion there is absolutely nothing wrong with 2 of the 3 teeth they informed me needed to be extracted, which they had NO explanation for reason for extraction. So glad I got a second opinion! How awful. Terrible communication. If you can go somewhere else GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They are VERY unprofessional and the dentist and assistant were extremely rude and showed no compassion for my inability to complete thier treatment plan due to one of the hardest and truamatic times in my life.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and at this facility. They were able to get me in very quickly, and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I needed dental x-rays for a surgery elsewhere in just under a week, and even though they were just moving in to their new building and didn't have the x-ray machine installed yet, they assured me that they would either have the vendor there to install it in time or would find me a place I could get it done. As promised they had everything ready for me. All of my services were done in a gentle and professional manner. I'm super pleased and would 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Liao is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to in my life and I've been to many! She takes so much time and she is so caring about her patients and the job she does. She is a perfectionist. I got my crowns done by her from when I had 3 implants and the lab she was originally using made them wrong. They were falling out. She made it right she went above and beyond. She ordered brand new once's changed labs had a guy come down to see what was happening, spoke to my implant dentist. She is just the sweetest person and so caring about all she does. And she is super talented as well. Don't look any further. She is THE BEST!!! Love you Dr. Laio. Today I got a cleaning by Celeste and she is also amazing. All the staff so polite and kind. Front office staff are very friendly they answered all my questions, there wasn't a long wait to see the cleaning guy, and he was very good. Of course the doctor has always been great she has a lot of experience and very helpful and understanding.

I absolutely love Dr. Wen Liao. I've been seeing her for over 5 years now and she has really helped my dental health. She has a gentle touch and has calmed my dental anxiety. Dr. Wen Liao is the best dentist. She listens to my concerns and needs with open/honest advice. She also goes above and beyond to over tips to keep my teeth healthy.
