Dr Cyr was great, gentle and reassuring. His staff Whitney and Anita were really kind and professional and helped make a stressful experience as easy as possible. I'm really grateful to the team helping me out!

Without question the most painful procedure I have ever had. Not because a root canal is painful but because of the ineptitude of this practice.

I had really bad experience of root canal with Dr. Cyr. This doctor doesn't have any patience to the patients. I am very disappointed about his skill since I got the Trigeminal nerve damaged after the root canal. He doesn't want to do anything to deal with the pain. Only asked me to find a pain management doctor.

From the initial phone call, to the visit and after, everything went smooth! The receptionist (Cindy) was extremely sweet, able to accommodate a same day appt. The assistant (Sandy) made sure I was comfortable and even offered a few calming techniques......Dr Cyr explained everything in great detail and although the tooth couldn't be saved, the receptionist got on the phone and found an oral surgeon to see me immediately! I'm extremely "panicky" when it comes to dentists and everyone in this office sees to it you're as comfortable as possible! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cyr and his girls!

Great experience. Dr. Cyr really did a great job retreating a root canal done by another dentist that had went bad. Took his time and I never felt rush. Receptionist did and awsome job in getting me scheduled fast. I will reccomend anyone who needs a root canal to see Dr. Cyr first.

Dr. Cyr is a perfectly competent dentist, the work was quick and painless. Nice guy as well. My only qualm with the office was the receptionist, who treated me like I was her 15 year old redheaded stepchild even though I'm a 41 year old hard working adult who treats everyone with respect and a big smile. 5 star office but loses one star because of the receptionist. She reminded me of mama Fratelli from the movie "Goonies" A real grouch

The dentist seems technically competent. But the time to complete the work seemed most important to the dentist. The tooth had an infection in it. The question was put to the dentist if we should wait and treat the infection first. The dentist seemed impatient and didn't make clear if there was a choice to treat the infection first. I felt that he was wanting to complete the dental work and proceed to the next billable hours. Complications did come up after the treatment due to the prior infection. I paid the bill. I won't be going back.
