I have had two horrible and painful experiences at this office with dr. Estemalik He is so heavy handed I went to get a tooth pulled and get an implant it was the most painful experience in my 51 years, the second time I couldn't stop my tears I just couldn't believe that someone who called their self a doctor could be inflicting so much pain on me I'm not going back a third time to get my implant it was such a painful and stressful, horrible experience

They don't take Medicare Insurance via United Health Care. Can't believe that, but I'm finding that they're not alone.

I had a Root canal, on May 24th. I have had root canals in the past unfortunately this was the worst pain i ever had. Dr. Hahn did the procedure. Unfortunately the tooth never settled down. So I went back telling him is it possible I could have I've a 4th canal or something more that needs to be cleaned out because I still have sensitivity. He looked at the tooth and he tried to tell me it was the tooth behind. He seemed to be very agitated with me and told me to go home and brush with sensitivity toothpaste which I do anyways. I had to go to another specialist. After the exam he told me there is another canal that was overlooked and needs to be cleaned out. I paid this doctor's office $700 and still no refund and no difference sent back from my payment of insurance I have called the multiple times and tried to speak to the office manager and still no response and we are now in October 2021 And with my insurance I should have only paid $138.00 but this office wants 50% down for any dental procedure I will never recommend nor refer this office to anyone. but I knew it was not because I could touch it with my toothbrush and it wouldn't be sensitive.

Dr. Beshay did a great job on my root canal retreatment. His professionalism and that of his staff met all of my expectations!!!

Dr. Beshay was fantastic. He and his staff were very communicative and openly willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the procedure. They were very patient and caring throughout the the whole process.

Had a gum graft 2 weeks ago performed by Dr. Estemalik and his team. Very happy with the experience. Procedure was quick, essentially painless. Recovery is tough, but nothing they could do about that. I kept playing around with it and ripped my stitches out after a week, I continued playing with it and started bleeding profusely. I called the office and they got me in immediately, stitched me up, and I was back to work half hour later. All in all, quick, efficient, pain free care from Dr. Estemalik, will be coming back for other periodontic work as necessary.

Great office team! Dr. Beshay was amazing, he diagnosed and fixed my husbands tooth issue in an hour. The whole office was very friendly and accommodating! They really took great care of my husband!! Thanks Southwest Endodontics! As a dental professional I highly recommend this office!!

I recently had a visit here with Dr. Hahn for a root canal. I am new to the area and did not know what to expect with my experience. I was quickly put at ease by not only Dr. Hahn but also his staff. Especially the RDA Hannah. I do not do well with pain, and was anticipating the discomfort that goes along with a root canal. Hannah and Dr. Hahn were very comforting and had my anxiety almost nonexistent. Dr. Hahn's skill and technique made it virtually painless. I mostly felt just pressure. Hannah the RDA was amazing. I am in the medical field and can recognize when someone is able to anticipate the Dr's next move, she had the right instruments there ready for him to exicute the procedure quickly and thoroughly. Kudos!!!
