I love everyone at this office. Everytime, including distractions, was always painless and fast. I would continue to be with them but they no longer take my insurance. It makes me sad to have to find someone else. Dr J and the whole staff are wonderful!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist or a business in general. I purchased a pair of whitening trays in September and till this date 11/02/2021 I have yet to receive my order or be given a simple reason why my order is being delayed. I have called for updates and I'm always placed on hold for over 30 mins, when they finally come back on line I try to get an update and it's always "we'll call you back" but they never do. Last week I called and asked for a refund, the receptionist became extremely dismissive. I went to the dentist office in person to ask for a refund and again the receptionist was completely dismissive. I was given a hand full of excuses about my order and I asked them why couldn't they give me these reasons over the phone. The receptionist explained that she had to again get approval for the refund, after a short wait she explained that it'll take another week of waiting for my refund to be processed. This office has been under investigation for fraud and preforming procedures that were not needed just to charge more money. A simple Google search will give investigation information. Please be careful at this dentist, if you're planning on buying a product they sell DO NOT pay in full or leave a deposit up front. Only pay when they are able to hand you the product because if something goes wrong it's going to be a nightmare trying to get information or a refund. Don't make the same mistake I did. I will upate this review in a week if they give me my refund or not, todays date is 11/2/2021

This dentist is under investigation. On the cover of the news paper. I have called there office and no answer. Beware!!! the feds have closed then down.

I had a HORRIFYING experience here. First off they dont care about hurting you because they're in a hurry always. Second, the crown they put in me did not fit! It was too big (because they didn't do the mold the right size as they pulled it out before it was even ready), so when they put in the crown, they filed down both teeth on each side to "force" the crown to fit in and they over did it. I asked about the warranty of my crown and Dr Jay said I have NONE since my insurance paid for it, not me. Then they kicked me out of there when I complained to Terry (the other owner) about their service. She then took me into Dr Jay's office and although I was the upset customer, he YELLED at me, "I'm dismissing you from this office permanently!" I could even see his neck veins popping out while he yelled this at me while Terry watched this happen with a smile. I said well thank you and left. But that Karma though! THAT KARMA!! I can definitely add a dif story to his fraud accusations to back it up as well but I haven't. And I really dont think they need further evidence of it. Karma took care of him and her for me pretty good!

I went there and they told me I needed 4 wisdom teeth taken out and a root canel.. I went to a dentist in San Diego and I only needed a teeth cleaning... Sad Im 16

I came to get new retainers and my appt. was at 9:00am. I stayed until almost 12 pm. I waited patiently, and when they finally called me into the back, I still waited because they didn't have a room. I asked if I could reschedule because my appt. was at 9am and not at 1pm. They said they were just waiting for the doctor to come and get me a room. All of a sudden it was super quick, I got a room. The doctor came in and just made me smile and left. I got my mold, and I was out. I dont understand why it took so long to just open my mouth, look at my teeth and send me on my way. I believe the staff is negligent to their patients, dont work together, and obviously dont understand time management. Its like they are all in their own little world.

Absolutely horrible experiences with the staff and good luck getting the staff to answer the phone past 3:30pm. The Dental work itself is okay but having to deal with the inept/unprofessional staff makes a person willing to drive across town to another clinic to avoid it. It's incredible the lack of respect the "staff" has for patients. P.S. I am certain that the 5 star reviews given to this place are almost entirely from friends and family of the staff as the service was average at best.

It's 4 p.m. and no one is picking up... the office closes at 7. I guess they only care about your money and not your health. Smh.
