Brought the whole family and hands down 10/10!! Kids had anxiety free visits and Mama couldn't be happier! The Dr is so kind and everyone is so knowledgeable! Such a comfort!

Staff are friendly; however, there were mixed messages sometimes from clinical and billing staff. about procedures. Moreover, it is up to the provider to inform the client whether they are in the client's insurance network, not the insurance company. They did not do this and I had very high bills for even basic services. And the dentists changed with each visit. I'm glad that I have found a more stable, in-network dental office.

My wife and I went here a year ago. Everyone was great and friendly and it was nice at first. We both received crowns on teeth that were never bothering us but just listened blindly to their recommendations. We were told we'd probably have pain in them for a while. A year later they still hurt from time to time and said it was normal. My wife has gotten to the point where her pain is unbearable so I called to get her in and they couldn't for over a week even an emergency appointment so we went elsewhere. Come to find out that the crown is in good shape and sealed but the root underneath is dead and is now infected. She has to go to a specialist to have a root canal costing us over $1,300 out of pocket because they didn't do a root canal originally on it. The new dentist we found is blown away by what Southwest told us and how pain would be normal. I'm fearful that mine are the same way because they constantly hurt even though I never had an issue with them before. Don't let this place work in your mouth and go elsewhere. Fillings that were put in as well were not done well either so we're told. Not happy after already spending thousands here to have to pay thousands more on their terrible work. Would be nice if they'd pay for our rework but that won't happen.

I appreciate Southwest Dental Center's communication before, during, and after an appointment. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. They make you feel very comfortable during your entire appointment. Very glad I started going there!

A few months ago I received a bill for around $100. When I called, I was told that whomever used to work there never properly submitted insurance claims. and I was told I needed to pay that still. I pay it. Fast forward to today, I get yet ANOTHER bill from the same services with a bill over 450!! I left a voice message, but I'm sure this will be placed on me, and they will not take responsibility for it. Please beware if you plan to make appointments for services. Update: Apparently, someone never submitted the claim to my insurance, they must have discovered it later on and sent it in recently. That's twice they did this to me. I called to see if they would fix that, but they made it seem like it was my problem, even though they never mentioned it for a year. I definitely felt cheated and misled. Canceled all future appointments. I'm going to a dentist that has a clear understanding of filing insurance and has proper discussions with clients about estimates. Zero stars.

Had a wonderful visit today at Southwest Dental Center. Jennifer the hygienist and Dr. Sergeant were very friendly and professional, as well as the entire staff. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

The staff are amazing and very efficient. My 10 year old had to have a tooth extracted and was very nervous. His experience turned out so amazing! The tooth was extracted and he felt no pain. The entire experience was about 10 minutes from the time he walked back until he was done. Highly recommend them!

Called in before scheduling an appointment to verify insurance coverage, was told this was an in net work facility. After appointment and billing. I received a statement from my insurance company saying they were not in fact not an in network but out of net work and charged nearly $500 for services. I called the office to and determine why this wasn't shared with me after asking before appointment and was basically told "sorry" and dismissed. I canceled all further appointments and I will not be returning there again. Would not recommend this company. Feel very misled and overcharged.

From walking in for first appointment, to getting work done by Dental Hygienist Jen and then Dr. Sahar, I had a wonderful experience. And Desiree was extremely helpful. All showed so much kindness, compassion, expertise, and professionalism. I also loved the atmosphere -- just had so many positive vibes. Thank you ladies!

Both me and my son have an irrational fear of dentists. The ladies in the office could not have been more kind and gentle with us! I liked that they all worked with me to get me a treatment plan while being mindful of my budget.

This place is amazing. They do not only care about your teeth, they also care about me as a person. They asked questions to see what was most important to me. I get really anxious about going to the dentist. I just really appreciate the "family" vibe I get from here. If you've had issues with past dentist offices and are looking for a nice place please give them a try. They will look out for you; from the front desk to the chair they are all amazing.
