I have been coming for 18 years. I believe this is the most caring, tender, gentle dentist ever... also they have donated 72 oral hygiene kits for homeless people. I will give this out on my Thursday night homeless outreach. Thank you for being so helpful

I gave been going here when they first opened there doors. They have been reasonable especially with time and dates. Today i took my kids on for there 6 month checkup. As they were cleaning my 15 year olds teeth ,something hurt him no fault to any one thats just how it os sometimes things hurt. He said ow that hurts, lifted his head got up and went to spit in the trash can because that area was bleeding. Then he sat back down and started the washing again. The nurse next to us who was with a complete different family came in and told the other nurse was he acting out, i would not put up with that at all. Then i went to explain that he didnt do anything he was in pain she was like well if he is going to do that we cant see him anymore . Very very unprofessional. They completely lost my business as i will not be going back there . That lady was rude and needs to be fired! She didnt have any business in our stay .

Went there couple months ago because I had tooth ache they told me nothing was wrong but I need it cleaning so the pain can go away I agreed I was charged over 800 to clean 1 side/half of my mouth and now here i am having the same problem again same tooth feel like I just wasted my money I don't recommend I could have went somewhere else and got the problem fixed!

On my first visit they told me I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I had to go to my parents' dentist for another issue that came up, and they told me I didn't have any cavities to be filled and that it was a scam to get me to have them filled.

This place is a joke, they do not even "know" what they typically charge for a simple extraction, not even a ballpark figure. You have to pay for other services before they tell you their secret prices for tooth extractions. They treat people like we are stupid. Any reputable dentist would be upfront on what a typical procedure costs.

I went here for the first time and the front desk reception was very rude and they don't go off your income I wouldn't recommend them for dental if you're looking for an affordable price

South side dental is one of the best dental practices in Saint Louis. The staff and dentists there are precise and are very detailed about what procedure to perform on their patients. Dr Tri is an excellent doctor with compassion and his skills are top notch. He knows when you have anxiety and knows how to put you at ease while working on your teeth. Everyone there is so pleasant and there is no other dental practice that I would go to except Southside Dental.

Woke up with a minor toothache . Not sure if there were any dental offices open, because a lot of them are closed on Wednesday. I called Southside Dental. They gave me a 1:00 appointment. And I can truly and honestly say. The staff there are Absolutely Awesome! Thais was my first time here, got registered in promptly, and was in the chair by 1:30. The assistance had taken X-rays and and I was able to see everything right than. Dr. Ly came in explain to me, the best solution. I was very comfortable as he performed the procedure , his assistance sat on the side of me , held my hand and than said you can squeeze my hand if you want to. This was truly the first time in All of my years visiting any Dental Office, that I have been so pleased! Usually I leave out in pain and not happy with the service that I received! And to check on me the next few days was a plus! Above and Beyond is how ! Definitely a 5 star to the Entire Staff!

Appointment at 1:20 only one in the lobby had to leave cause it took over a hour to place in the back , no time to get to work on time waiting for over a hour to work

I give one star because I made a appt here , they didn't call me back till 2 hours after my appt was made ! And also I had 2 cavities all they did was give my teeth a cleaning and discharged me

Truly terrible, and I gave this place a shot a number of times. There is one overcrowded (even during COVID restrictions) lobby to wait. When they finally bring you back, the services provided leave a lot to be desired. The hygienist just flossed my teeth, and did not try to clean them. I had told her a couple teeth were sensitive and I wanted to try to do the cleaning regardless, but she just finished flossing and walked away. No communication. I waited, then a dentist came to examine my sensitive teeth. When he finished, he put on an instructional video and walked away. A few minutes later a staff member came back in and said "You can go now. Schedule your appointment on the way out." I was so confused. What was wrong with my teeth and what were the next steps? At that point I was told I needed fillings then they sent me on my way. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Terrible environment.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. Both the hygienist and dentist were extremely rough with my teeth for no reason. In addition, my "cleaning", which was the main reason for my visit, lasted less than 10 minutes and was not thorough or good.
