Staff has always been awesome! They tend to your needs asap as far as seeing you same day with urgency or taking impressions for appliance following checkup to avoid another trip.

It's been many years since I've seen a dentist. They were very thorough, explained what I needed to have done specific to my dental and medical needs...and answered all of my questions. Very friendly and caring staff!

Wait in waiting room was short. Wait in room was longer than I expected. Dentist came right away after cleaning to check my teeth. Hygienist was competent but not chatty. I had rapport with one lady, Lisa, but she went to work in Valpo office. Teeth are clean though gums hurt.

My appointment went quite well. I felt welcomed, the staff and dentist were caring and concerned. And the courtesy that I received was next level. It was my first visit in the Michigan City office and I will return as needed. Thank you, kindly.

This review is in no way reflective of the hygienists or dentists (Dr Kahn was great), but rather the support staff. It is virtually impossible to contact the office as you only get an answering service and after leaving 5 messages over a week long period did not receive a single call back. I can't imagine if it would have been a dental emergency. I continue to get the short staff excuse and that is unacceptable. The Michigan City location is a revolving door of different staff and they all tell you something different each time regarding your billing. They overbook and understaff. There is no accountability.

Longer than average wait for dentist to do the final check. Total time was 1- 1/2 hrs.

This last visit went well enough. The staff was very pleasant, and they did take me to a room as soon as I arrived. Jodi did a good job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Kahn did the exam. Just had another visit today, was taken in about 5 min after arriving, didn't have to wait in the room too long before work began. Dr. Khan is very pleasant and very caring not to cause pain. Dianne was the assistant and was also very kind and helpful. She did a great job on my filling.

We have been going here for years. Today with the new staff was ridiculous. Not too mention I'm still trying to figure out how a hygienist can cut my sons gums not once, not twice but THREE times during a teeth cleaning. The picture he took was ALOT of blood. None of the 4 of us have ever been cut once during a teeth cleaning but today my son did 3 times.

They were informative of what they were going to do with my teeth and even talk/held/entertain to my baby while she was waiting for mommy to get done .thank you very much and last did a good job on my fillings.
