I have gone here for years and it's the last time! each time has been something new saying I can not be helped, went in for an emergency was told nothing was wrong and left still in pain! I didn't know you had to have open sores and or dying to be helped around here, constantly told I need braces or I'll have gum disease??? Not sure how that's relevant, but I've had enough never has it ever been a positive energy in that place! I recommend you explore your options!!

Dr. Warner is great! He helped me after a bad experience with another dentist. He's very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor. Highly recommend!

I felt very welcomed by Dr. Warner and his team. They were quick to answer any questions I had, were friendly, and never faultered in maintaining a professional atmosphere. I recommend them to anyone in search for a dental office in their area!

First time here, I was told I did not have an appt. I pulled up the email I received from their office and they "squeezed" me in. My hygienist was rude as well as sick, which I thought was so gross. Then the dentist Dr. Warner finally comes over and is also rude. Sat down, didn't say hello or introduce himself, not a word to me other than asking a few questions. I will most definitely not be back here and keep searching for another dentist.

I scheduled 2 appointments for my son and when I went there they said we dont have an appointment. when I showed them the card they said oh they must have forgotten to enter the appointment. but to have that happen twice is ridiculous. then they sent me one bill and when I called to get an explanation no one answered and after leaving messages no one returned my calls. now my bill sits in collection because they can't return calls or explain why one bill is higher than the other, especially when both kids had they same things done to them.

Doc Warner is the best dentist by far! Had a terrible accident with my two front teeth and he seen me on an emergency basis and I was in and out with my teeth looking like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend him to anybody in need of dental care. The office staff was so nice and polite! Thanks again Dr. Warner your the best, I will refer anybody who is in need of a dentist!

1) Roadwork makes it inconvenient to reach the place They insisted on getting my social security number, which I refused to give and haven't given to any doctor in the past two years. They said it was office policy and that the insurance company would require the number to process my claims. I doubted that - that was the reason the insurance company put an anonymous ID number on the card instead of my social. I told her I didn't feel my information would be safe written on the form in this office. I asked her what was to prevent a temp from coming in and writing down everyone's social security numbers. She couldn't answer. But still I proposed my drivers license ID. Then, the old doctor came up and said that he will not accept that type of behavior from my side. That I disrespected their policy and confronted with their stuff. But, when I said they don't respect my privacy, he couldn't address my concern. So I decided to leave and find a new dentist than stand there and argue with a guy who wasn't going to budge. After I left I called the insurance company and they said that was B.S. and they did NOT need my social at all to process a claim. I have been to about four new doctors this year and no one asked for my social.

Great experience at Shoreshore Dental Group from the moment I walked in to the friendly front desk to the wonderful dental hygienist and Dr Warner. I recommend this office to all my friends and family and will never go elsewhere.

I've been coming to Southshore Dental Group for at least 10 years. I have a neck problem so i like that i don't have to be in the char for long. Dr. Warner is fast an efficient.

The quality of the work that Southshore Dental does is excellent. They work to make it as painless as possible. The Doctor is outstanding.

Very long wait times with no regard for your time. Instead of setting expectations when you arrive they simply ignore you. Poor customer service. Very poor.
