Terrible experience. We decided to try this dentist as it was closer. We went and received a cleaning and exam. We gave all insurance info up front to make sure everything was covered. They called and said that everything was good. We end up getting a bill for panoramic x rays. This is only allowed every five years as the insurance company told the dentist. The insurance did not cover and we called the dentist as we were sure they would make it right. They were extremely argumentative and had nothing but excuses for why it happened. We will never go back and they lost 4 patients over trying to make an extra $109 for each of us with pano xrays. Stay away, no integrity and can not be trusted.

Dr. Byron and his entire staff are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with any issue I have with my teeth and are always able to get me an appointment ASAP!! I couldn't recommend them more!

I absolutely hate the dentist, as I feel most people do lol. But I have had such amazing experiences with these doctors that I almost like the dentist now. I 11/10 recommend them, if you want people who genuinely care and not just your teeth but you as a whole.

The front staff was very nice and professional. The doctor was amazing he sat down with me and explained in full detail what my issue were and my options he didn't rush the visit and was very friendly and easy to speak to. The hygienist Karen took her time with my procedure and friendly. I recommend this place for your dental needs.

I am new to this area and Dr Hahn and his team were highly recommended. I had plenty of questions for the front desk girls about my new insurance, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me, not only find out who my insurance was with, but what I may be responsible in paying for my future appointments. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a relaxed, family environment. You can tell their staff gets along well with each other which made my appointment go that much more smoothly. At the end of my appointment, I even found myself having a laugh with Chris, Dr. Hahns assistant. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking with consideration of the coronavirus! Phone prescreening, temperature check and mouth rinsing were all completed before I was seated in my room! I am so grateful that I have found such an amazing group of people to help me with my dental needs! I am actually looking forward to future visits with them!

I have been a long time patient of Southridge Dental and have ALWAYS been treated like I am among friends. The front desk ladies help me with my many insurance questions and help me to understand my dental benefits. Dr. Hahn is the best dentist and I can not thank him and his assistants for their dental knowledge and experience they have provided me and my children over the many years I have been a patient there. If you are looking for a dentist this is where you should call for all of your dental treatment.

Horrible dental office. Front office girls are really rude, never have I experienced that level of service before. I got an estimate of service which was almost $2000 for services I didn't need! Yes, I had one cavity which I paid $108 out of pocket for at another office with top of the art equipment. After Hahns consultation I went to two other doctors for a second opinion and they said nothing about all the service Hahn said I needed. I got billed for $92 dollars for some 1980's X-rays because my "insurance didn't cover it" according to the them. Then they sent it off to collections even though we tried to pay the bill on time. Can't help that we didn't get the bills since address changed. We found out early enough, tried to pay, and they declined payment so they can send it to collections! We followed the policy , did everything and they asked and they still lied about not calling on time and a bunch of bs to add more charges! Unbelievable! This is worst customer service ever! Do not go there unless you're glutton for punishment. Doctor and health care workers should actually care about their patients, have empathy and not try to do everything they can to retaliate because you don't want to be ripped off for services you don't need!
